Likewise, I'm having the same problem. So far my only solution is to do the shift+command+T on my Mac or to click on one of the links from the highlights and then use the new panel that it opens up while closing the original.

I figured out another way of doing this that might be simpler. Basically, you do a Morph search of the specific text you are looking at, then set the "Analysis." Then you can export the whole list to a spreadsheet by going to print/export and then "save as file: spreadsheet" or "send to new document: Microsoft Excel"

I am having the same issue mentioned by Jon Bradley as well. I have tried pasting using "keep source formatting," and "match formatting." but it no longer copies with the citation in the footnotes. It just copies like it used to when I would copy it as text if I didn't want to keep the footnote. Now I can't get it to make the footnote with the citation

Now that it has been over a year, has Logos ever added a way to view the paragraph numbers when reading. The only way I can view them seems to be when quoting it, I can't figure out how to get them to display in the normal reading views.
