  • Re: Complete Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture to be released in August

[quote user="Bob Pritchett"] For what's it's worth, there's no grand conspiracy here... just the clutter and chaos of 10,000+ e-books in various versions, editions, etc. and many contracts/agreements/product-plans that take years to execute. Internally we're focused on Logos 4; we provide support for Libronix as a courtesy to users who haven't upgraded

Three direct sources I am using at the moment as I work through this issue and how I can make it work best for my work flow are(in no particular order): a) Glynn's Commentaries and Reference Survey on Google Books. Chapter 2 in which he cover's commentary series (pp42-46) is fully readable on google books. There are later chapters which go into the

As usual, if a few fresh eyes could check over the page for any errors of commission or omission. http://wiki.logos.com/Smart_Tags Also did a minor cosmetic make over on http://wiki.logos.com/Copy_Bible_Verses adding a quick menu at the start of the article for direct access to each of the articles sections.

Pastor Michael also please note some volumes are actually from the Continental Commentary Series, so to check that you have all of the correct volumes you would need to enter the following command in your library window command box series:(hermeneia, continental)

  • Re: New Hermeneia OT only has 17 volumes - anyone get all 39?

The two collections combined there is actually only 63 volumes. The separate Old & New Testament collections have an overlap of 7 titles: 1 Enoch 1, Fourth Ezra, The Apostolic Tradition, The Didache, Ignatius of Antioch, Sheperd of Hermas, and The Odes of Solomon. Hence 39 + 31 - 7 = 63 volumes. However you should have 73 resources in your library because

I'll send off an e-mail to Logos about this apparent discrepancy in the file lists and the locked volume that none of seem to have access to but from the descriptions appears we should, hopefully we'll get some feedback early next week, one way or the other.
