    As much as we would like it to be otherwise as customers, and we are tired of the chopping of staff and changing of direction at FL we have seen over the years, in FL's defence I don't think when it comes to the bottom line it would be sustainable to have a dedicated product manager for each of the denominational product lines.     Maybe when it gets to 8.5. Too many things they broke, releaesed full of bugs or with immature data sets. Going from latest version of 7 to 8.0 is a backward step IMHO but if you want best pricing on new libraries you are locked into making the ‘upgrade’.

    What email Mark? Despite having selected to receive emails from FL I never receive any from them. I have spoken to a few FL staff members about this and they never get back to me. FL’s custome service and communications is poor. Buring this information in a FAQ and sending out a hit and miss email is not good enough along and neither is knowingly

    I have say I’m not impressed with the new notes tool either, it’s a hodge podge that is clearly not ready but as usual FL take the goodwill of their customers for granted and release incomplete buggy software to them and their marketing hypes it up to be what it is not. For me OneNote is going to be used as my main note taking tool and Logos

    I used too but don’t need to with the new Logos mobile app as I use layouts now rather than different apps to manage working with different sets of books for study, reading etc. Personaly now no value in multiple apps for me.     The fact that FL have now put a message in the software that this issue is going to be adressed is an indication they intially took your view of the situation but that has not resonated with a significant number of customers.     It‘s supposed to be coming in 8.1. If the forums are any guide then FL is possibly getting a lot of support questions about they content not being customisable in this section and so have decided upon the need to place this here in the software to try and quell the amount of concern this has raised. Clearly FL has not learnt from past lessons

    Reuben i am a connect subscriber and never receive emails from FL including connect despite having selected to receive them in my preferences. And they are not in my spam folder. i have asked a number of staff at FL to look into it for me and none of them have ever come back to me with an update. So just because FL sends emails doesn’t mean ever

    Hi Alan, None or the existing reading plans have come down to my mobile app I deleted one of the and recreated it and it synced to my mobile app approximagely 24 hours later. it looks like I am going to have to delete all my existing plans and create new ones to get them to sync.     Ok Alan, thanks for digging into, I had restarted the app as there had been an update to 8.01 of the app, I give it more time. It's hard during the week to remain connected to Wi-Fi as I am at work or commuting and don't have Wi-Fi access and so rely on 4G. It should be connected to Wi-Fi more of the weekend but not all of the weekend. I have also turned
