I was not aware of any restriction in course selection, when I have used myvouchers I’ve simply gone to Logos.com, picked the course I wanted and applied the code without issue. [quote user="LMAM"] Hi FL, I'm struggling to find course that eligible for my FLC free course voucher. I often find that I come across a cool looking course and then when

Thank you Randy for this helpful information. For some unknown reason mine was not checked. I wait in anticipation of receiving the email next month. Hopefully it will assist Beloved as well. But it is rather strange yours is not checked and you are receiving them. [quote user="Randy W. Sims"] [quote user="Beloved"] [quote user="Randy W. Sims"]Existing

I’m glad you get one each month Randy because I do not. Please don’t assume because you do everyone else is getting the email. This remains an oversight wehether you agree or not. I had Connect related issue this month and had to go through three different Logos Custome Service Reps before someone understood and was able to resolve because

Thanks Jake fo your insights but in the mean time you are making it very difficult for existing Connect customers to find a link to the product and causing them to ask question the product. You would go a long way to reducing that by providing a link on the Logos.com. Surely that is not too hard to do. While you plan for your ideal launch you need to

Neither of these options make any sense to me. It just comes across as Logos having a product offering they are not backing to the full. If you have a product you believe in and are proud to offer it to your customers then you promote it on your company‘s most well know entry point web site, you don’t not mention it or hold back linking

The guide is meant to be an independent activity that encourages you to engage with your library and find further material on the topic. For instance there maybe questions you had or things you wanted to dig deeper into to find out more. It is your turn to be active rather than just being passive by watching a supplied video and directed readings. Maybe

Reuben there was never a question of whether custom highlighting would be supported, the question was whether there would be an enforced gap in its support. I realise you had no intent to offend but at the end of the day you chose to make a judgement on a question I was directing to a FL employee. I was not asking for other users Whether they saw value

Your example is an excellent one at explaining why this would be valuable, though being a public note it does leave concern as to irrelevant material being posted to the note. Community notes in Libronix (which were tied to a newsgroup creating its own set of problems because people posted in the newsgroup instead of the community notes tool) and then

[quote user="Leigh Johnson"] Adding a note in a commentary shows up in the Bible for me as long as I add the note to the reference and not to a selection of text, using the right side of the right click menu. No doubt you are very familiar with NTSK as it’s editor along with other cross reference tools, and it is an excellent Bible Study help. Sometimes less is more depending upon the depth of study one wants to undertake and that’s where I find TCR useful. And I turn to my print NIV TCR for a lot of material not found in the legacy cross reference
