  • Re: Home Page

Why was it moved from where it was, I don’t want to have to take up space on the shortcut bar for something that was on the home page already and was not broken? You claim to have made things easier but this is ridiculous to have to go to these lengths to add your account to the home page. The new home page appearance is awful. [quote user="Andrew

I have to agree L8 home page is awful. Never liked the web app and now the desktop homepage looks awful too, it no longer looks like professional bible study software package but instead one for children. Added to the fact it’s incompete and we are being told we have to wait for a future update before we can remove all the marketing fluff from

  • Re: Home Page

Once again Logos has released software that is not ready for the end user and have made workflow changes that impact upon the way we use the software everyday. They only ask fanboys and girls to private beta test and so don’t get honest feedback on whether the software is ready. I used to be a private beta tester but the stopped asking me because

Isn’t Ultimate supposed to include everything in all other base packages? That’s the way the description reads so shouldn’t it include what’s in Collectors?

This was released quite a while ago but is only useful if you already own the NIV84 text, it you don’t own the text it won’t help you. [quote user="Beloved"] For those of you who have been pining over the NIV 1984 RI I noticed that it is among the resources you get in Portfolio 8. [quote user="John Duffy"]But there is a two-tier solution already in place. What if basic journals were offered in Vyrso (providing that footnotes are still included and not dropped in the process), with fully tagged journals offered through the pre-pub process in Logos (grouped by popularity/citation as Mark Barnes suggested)? Not ideal, I agree. But

This is because you have entered a single verse in the range box, when I enter a range of verses it works fine.

  • Re: No NEW Journals - why not?

[quote user="John Duffy"] To address that, how about a two-tier process? That is, have all journals released without tagging (or a bare minimum of tagging) at a reduced cost, as soon as they are available, possibly on a subscription basis? At the same time, put them into the pre-pub process for full tagging, prioritized as Mark has suggested? That would

You are reading false doctrine. And the only lines to read between are those of pure speculation. It will be when it is, there have been more false prophecies of all the stars being aligned for a Logos 8 release date than there have been end of world prophecies this century. [quote user="Bootjack"] So it it true that Logos 8 is coming out in the summer
