Hi Mark, We've found this issue to be caused by incorrect text metrics, and we've added it to our backlog of things to fix. For now you can keep using the workarounds you mentioned, but thanks for bringing it to our attention! - Ian

Great! Hopefully everything has been ironed out. If not please let me know!

Hi Brendon, I'm sorry you are still experiencing this. I will add this to our list of bugs that need investigating so hopefully we can get this resolved for you in the future! Thanks, Ian

Hi Benjamin, After looking at your logs and Event Viewer, we think that this is a Windows update issue, and that the latest updates should fix your issues. Please try updating your machine to have the latest software and let us know if you still experience these issues! Thanks, Ian

Hi Brent, I'm sorry you had issues with Proclaim today. Can you post logs here so we can investigate tomorrow? And what operating system are you using? We have been seeing video related crashes because of Plays.tv on Windows ( http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/213229646-How-do-I-stop-the-Plays-TV-app-from-crashing-Proclaim- ), but

Hi Mike, Adding a volume control to the sermon recordings modal is on our list of things to fix. In the meantime, the screenshot posted earlier by Tommy isn't quite right because it is the volume control for videos. The volume on the recordings window will be dictated by the volume set strictly for audio items (since that sets the volume for the audio
-
Hi Mike, I noticed that all of your service items with audio are videos, so the volume on those players is only for the video player. To verify the audio player has volume, you have to add background audio to a service item (note that this must only be audio, not video). I've attached screenshots with the steps to add audio: Click the little speaker

Hi Mike, I'm glad to hear everything is working now! Yes, it's not ideal how this volume is hidden like this, but it's on our todo list to add a volume control to the sermon recordings window. - Ian (And I've been married for a little over a year, so still pretty recent!)

Hi Brent, I recently did some work to make the OSB more robust, and those changes have shipped with the last few updates. Are you still experiencing issues with the latest release? We added some automated error reporting to the OSB but have received only a few error reports. Any insight you can provide for reproducing this would be greatly appreciated

Mike, If it's easier, we'd be happy to get you on the phone and get to the bottom of what's going on! - Ian

I'm glad to hear it! If you have any issues, don't hesitate to let us know.

Hi Brett, If you haven't, try disabling hardware acceleration in the app itself (see this support article http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/205675055-How-do-I-disable-hardware-acceleration- ). Please let us know if this solves these issues! Thanks, Ian

Hi Benjamin, I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue with Proclaim, and thanks for posting your logs. Nothing is jumping out at me in them, but I do see some issues when creating the video player which may be linked to your issue. Unfortunately, I don't have a good answer for you yet, but we will start looking into this Monday. Thanks, Ian
-
Hi Brett, I'm glad this didn't happen for you on Sunday! Since this wasn't happening for you earlier , we believe your issues sound related to classic video driver problems. Are there any new updates for your video card, and if so, do you still experience these issues after updating? As a workaround, disabling hardware acceleration in the settings menu

Hi Bob, I've been looking into this and everything seems to be working for me. Note that we recently shipped a fix for a bug that may have prevented the button from working correctly on iOS, but most users would not have been able to get into the bad state. On my Macbook, clicking the "Subscribe in iTunes" button opens iTunes and subscribes me to your

Hi all, Last week we shipped a version of Proclaim that put an increased load on one of our services and caused some users difficulty accessing Bible content. We've figured out the problem and will be shipping a fix soon. Thanks for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Mark, We're looking into this issue and having a hard time reproducing it. Can you reproduce on your machine and attach logs here? Also, any other details that may aid in reproducing this would be much appreciated! Thanks, Ian

Michael - We've been looking into this issue and haven't been able to reproduce it. Since it seems that you have a reliable way of getting this error, here is a link to an old version of Proclaim so you can verify it is the new version causing this issue. http://downloads.proclaimonline.com/mac/dmg/Proclaim%201.35.221.dmg If you are able to reproduce
