I agree. It does take more time. I have stopped using CBV and have gone to ZipScript for now.

I tried that and tried it again, even using different styles, and it still did not work. I even tried adjusting the paste functions in Word's options, but changing them did not work either.

I used the text comparison feature from Logos 5 to compare the AV1769, the AV1873 Cambridge, and the KJV1900. The 1769 version and the 1900 version are pretty much the same. The Cambridge edition has a few differences - names spelled differently, and a few different words like "a" instead of "an," a "you" instead of "ye," etc. Comparing the three different

It was suggested I start this as a new post rather than add to the old one. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/64763.aspx When I insert a Bible verse into MS Word 2010, the verse numbers, which I have in superscript, paste into Word in 11 pt font while the rest of my passage is in 10 pt font. This is a new occurrence.

Bottom line, Logos 5 is top of the line, but WS has it's place and is easy and use. I have and use both.

When attempting to download books in Vyrso in my Android Tab2, the download button, little "i", on the right side of the screen is so small I must touch it MANY times to get it to go to the download screen. In the Logos app on my Android cell phone, the button is much bigger and easier to use. Is this the same on all tablets?

I, too, have and am still having problems with CVB. http://community.logos.com/forums/p/64763/483423.aspx#483423 I was told it would be fixed in 5.1. It may be because I am using Word 2010 but I'm not sure. In the mean time I am using another program to insert verses into my sermons.

Dave, It is a little different than my previous problem. When I insert a Bible verse into MS Word 2010, the verse reference, and numbers (which I have in superscript), paste into Word in 10 pt font while the text is in 12 pt font. This is using the Ctl+Alt+B command and then Alt+P. If I select the Copy & Paste button in the CBV, the same problem occurs

5.1 was installed this morning. Was not fixed yet.
-
I just updated to 5.1 (5.1.0.0938) in hopes this will now be fixed. It still does not work in MS Word 2010.
-
Thanks. Alt+P also does not work properly.
-
I, too, am having this problem. I built individual books based upon my sermon series. For some series it works fine. For others, the build goes well, L4 indexes the book, but the test is invisible. The books vary in size, containing quite a few sermons.

What is the difference between the New Topical Textbook - TORREYS.logos4 and the New Topical Textbook - TORREYS2012.logos4 both are Logos Edition.

Thanks.

Using the recent beta, my Desktop is laid out in two windows. Whenever I click a link, the book opens on the left side. It used to be that it opened on the opposite side of the book I was using. So, when I select a word study from my Bible on the left side of the screen, the lexicon now opens on the left instead of the right.

Since the last update to 4.5b Beta 1 (4.52.0.1761) [no beta 2 yet], Personal Books crashes Logos and closes down the program. I have a book on Proverbs which I add my weekly Bible study to. All of a sudden, this week, every PB I try to update crashes Logos.
-
Bradley, From what I could see, there are no external hyperlinks in the document. I also cannot download beta 2. When I use the "update now" command it says I am up to date.
-
I am currently at Logos Bible Software 5.2 SR-6 (5.2.0.0136) and it will not update to the 5.2a Release Candidate 1 (5.2.1.0063). I ran "update now" and even tried updating from the support page on the web site. It informs me that everything is "up to date." Is the update on the way?

Perhaps this collection on Community Pricing would help. https://www.logos.com/product/30280/hymnology-collection Now we just have to wait for it to get published!
