    We need a bit more information to be able to help. What version/operating system? Is the indexing complete? Do the commentaries appear in your library? What passage are you trying?

    I can't solve it for you but I would guess that it has to do with available fonts rather than the machine.

    No, you haven't messed anything up ... you just got confused. Under the "Guide" item you will find that there are 2 divisions - the top half is the standard defaults; the bottom half are the ones you can mess with/customize/screw up [depending upon how close you get to what you want. ] You may have saved a workspace that brings up your customized version

The canons are an actual parallel resource ... and (sort of) a pericope resource. I think Logos has made a big jump forward for academics in this area.
