For those unfamiliar with the acronym, "PIE" refers to Proto Indo-European.

An excellent work.

I have a very similar laptop to the one you describe here in addition to my desktop so -I was curious regarding what the difference between your old computer and the one you describe in your latest post. A fairly simple calculation based on booting up Logos each day and leaving it on for the enitre day would result in 4¼ hours additional time

I wouldn't get too excited by this.
I've long thought Egypt was a major player, but not the area near the Nile (Egypt extended all the way to Damascus and beyond, depending the period).
What many seem to forget is that what we read in these accounts is not history, but theology. Currently Cassius Dio's Roman Histories (18 vols) is languishing at $30 in Community Pricing https://www.logos.com/product/33465/cassius-dios-roman-history . This is an important work cited in many resources but it is unavailable even in some larger public libraries. It is time to push this over the top (and possibly reduce the price).
The error is in the print version of Hvalvik. It's still an excellent book.
That's a pity since it means that Logos will not correct it.
I don't get it 🤔
Calvin (and other Reformers) did not reverence Mary as does the Catholic Church.
The print version does have m. Ned. 4:11 but this is an error. The correct reference, cited by Collins, First Corinthians, (see Hvalvik's footnote 87) is m. Ned. 3:11.
Thanks, that appears to be correct. I wonder whether Ned. 4.11 is in the print of Hvalvik (in other words, whether Logos is faithfully presenting

It has been objected that it would be more credible that the dying Calvin would have bequeathed a golden dress to the mother of God than that Paul should have entered upon this action. However, the author explains the illustrations much better

I have been reading Jewish Believers in Jesus: The Early Centuries . On p 138-139 it states As already mentioned, some scholars find it unthinkable that Paul could have circumcised Timothy. Referring to 1 Cor 7:17–20 Haenchen claims that this text “shows that Paul wanted nothing to do with the supplementary circumcision of a Christian.” The crucial
