• Re: BUG: Word Find Puzzle

I'm using macOS 10.14.3 on a 2015 MacBook Pro, 8GB RAM. Logos 8.2.0.0015. Screenshots: And page 2 of each export is blank, both in the Logos export screen and in Microsoft Word, to which I am exporting the documents too.

  • BUG: Word Find Puzzle

When I go to print or export a word find puzzle with the word list, the puzzle appears on the export screen, but not the word list. If I change the view to show the passage (with words in bold for the puzzle) the passage shows, but the puzzle does not when I attempt to export or print it.

  • Visual copy not working

For some reason, my visual copy is not working. I've tried books and Bibles, and nothing. It brings up the screen, but nothing comes up.

  • Re: View when typing
The only way I can think of is to hit "Return" a bunch of times (to create a buffer zone) and then scroll back up to where you are typing. I have to do that in other apps as well. A "typewriter" mode like Scrivener and some other writing apps would be nice!
The return trick is what I do, but sometimes it causes the

  • View when typing

When typing in the notes program, is it possible to make it so one can scroll down further than where the cursor is? What I mean is so that I'm not always typing at the bottom of the page.
I seem to have lost the email which had my coupon code for a free mobile Ed course. I had it but can't find it again. Can someone assist?
I deleted the email receipt not knowing it was there. Call customer service, or your sales rep if you bought it through one, and they can resend you the receipt, course code and

I am running Logos 8 on a iMac 27 inch late 2013 with a i5 3.2 ghz processor with 24 GB of memory. It has the HD that comes with it (no SSD). That should be more than enough. But I will try to reach out to support.
An SSD would make a HUGE difference.
Yes, an SSD would help greatly
David, DO NOT UPGRADE TO THAT LATEST COMPUTER! I did just that, spent $2k mostly because I thought a new computer would be fast enough to run Logos — it's not. A 2018 MacBook Pro Touchbar Quadcore 16GB is not fast enough to run L8 well . By "not fast enough," I mean Logos runs slower than any other app on my new MacBook

  • Workflow created notes

This might have been asked before, but I can't get the search function to work on the forums, it keeps giving me an error. Is there a way to have all the "notes" created when going through a workflow be one note, instead of 20+? I know I can go through and delete and everything, but I wouldn't mind having the information in one note. I just get tired
Or is there a way one can tell me how much space GK101 takes? On the mid-range end of quality?
GK101 took just over 8gb for me. GK091, the koine alphabet course, took just over 1gb for the videos.

  • When downloading all media for a mobile ed course...

I think that when you're downloading all the media for a MobileEd course, there should be a way to view the downloading progress. As well as how much space the download will take.
Yes. Open the video resource, and in the drop down menu there is an option to "Download all media." What size/video resolution you download will depend on the internet speed you have available, so I can't tell you exactly how much space they will take up.
Is there a way to monitor the downloading status of everything

This has honestly been one of the more interesting threads that I have read in a while on here. Honestly, companies do things like this all the time, however, I don't see that as Logos'/Faithlife's style. I get free books to review on my blog from time to time...but I don't worship at the altar of those companies. Honestly, some of the sharpest critics
