There are now 2 more volumes about to be released. I think it is safe to say that volumes 38 and 39 are not among the 37 volumes included in the Platinum Upgrade
Thanks Damian -- I missed this. I ran out of fingers and toes when I was counting volumes. :) Scott

My two year old Dell Latitude is still fresh and runs XP nicely. Dell says it's tested compatible with Win7, but with integrated graphics, it is probably not the best candidate for upgrade. Thanks

TC, Thanks for the reply. You wrote elsewhere that your 3-4 year old notebook is running Logos 4 fine. Is that using Win7 ? Scott

  • How weighty are the benefits of running Logos 4 in Windows 7 over XP ?

I've read many helpful posts on these forums as well as the Logos 4 System Requirements http://www.logos.com/support/techfaq#sysreqs, but still wonder . . . How is Win7 better than XP for Logos 4 -- are the differences cosmetic, added functionality, noticeable speed improvement, or ? Thanks in advance, Scott

My own system is 3-4 years old now, but I've maxed out my ram and it runs fairly well. -AMD 64X2 3800+ / 4GB RAM. 500GB Hard drive. / 256MB Nvidia 7300GS vid card.
TC, Are you running XP? Logos really hums with a very large, non-partitioned hard drive, lots of RAM and a video card that's above mid-level. Though it can't do multi-threading, and is not a 64bit application, it does better on multi
