Thanks Graham, Ahhh....yes I missed that step! Of course, the point of performing the search is to narrow it to the references referring to love......within the 'container' of marriage! Simply brilliant! (now I have to be sure to remember to do this - note to self: mark as favorite thread )

I am intrigued by this. I want to try it now myself. That said, I am curious about what its purpose is? Is it in order to see the listed scripture references from the Naves article with the full text and not just the reference?
use type:bible to filter library for Bibles and type:commentary to filter library list for commentaries (same syntax as desktop Logos 4 library).
That is a very helpful suggestion. Hence the system I adopt is to switch to offline mode and have only those airplane books show up in the library on my iPad. Thanks again, you are a I was on the right track, but now I need to commit some time to learning how to benefit from the notes part of Logos, which I have ignored up until now. Having read recently where it has been valued for the linking and search possibilities, I would like to explore using them. thanks again Aaron

David, I don't actually get the "crop & OCR" option (step 6 in your tutorial). I suspect it has something to do with the Gdocs account? I cant see where to log in, if that is the needed step. EDIT: hold that thought. It was as I suspected and I found where under the little cloud icon.
