Keep in mind that tagging is no longer restricted to the library window. If you are reading a book from a search result and want to tag it, simply click the circled "i" in the upper right corner and you can tag/rate the resource. Not sure how long ago this was added, it might have even been there since the initial release

I'd like to be able to do this from within a book when reading on my laptop too. In particular I'd like to be able to quote an excerpt in the body of the shared message.
Getting ready to write a new post and I saw this: TIME TO RESURRECT IT! Let's get logos user reviews going on logos.com! Why? It keeps us from going to other websites (and potentially spending money elsewhere!) It makes it convenient for Logos users to see what other users think while surfing logos sites Each Logos book has

  • Re: Best way of tracing themes throughout a book of the Bible?

Rosie, I looked at the syntax you used " (faith NEAR ) OR (belief NEAR ) " and realised that I don't know nearly enough of how to get the most out of this software. At some stage, either viewing a video tutorial, or in reading through articles, I thought I had come across a list of syntax, but now I cannot find it. Are you aware of such a list? Blessings

  • open favourite books for a reference or selection?

Hi, I am having a mental block here tonight. Is it possible when reading to highlight a portion of scripture and then have L4 open all my available commentaries to that particular verse from the right click context menu? As with the phrase here in 1 Ti 5:16 by way of example

What sort of drive did you have in your Mac before that? I haven't a Mac, but am wondering if I'd notice the improvement in my "Dapple" (Dell with an Apple sticker over the logo).
Hi Aaron I had a 5400rpm 120Gb stock apple SATA drive, the performance is very noticeable right across the whole laptop. The old drive had just been formatted and apps reinstalled, so it is not a case of old drive full of rubbish ;-) I went with a Kingston 425 V series SSD, I would have preferred to try the Patriot but they

I'd settle for making the coffee if the laundry is out of the question To be honest, I really want to make the most of L4, so I am soaking up all the learning I can. It's a shame we can't have a Camp Logos here in New Zealand!
There isn't currently a way to get Logos to open multiple commentaries automatically at once, though

I wonder if it is not a feature many would use, given the lack of discussion about it? If so, perhaps it is best left alone so other more important features are considered. Back to our "PG - Commentaries"...I went to add James E. Smith's "Old Testament Survey Series " only to discover that it is not referenced as a series Out the window with the great
Someone else just asked this same question earlier today on another thread in another context. That is a common problem people have been having after reinstalling Libronix (Logos 3) after having already installed Logos 4. In that case, Logos 3 hijacks the libronixdls hyperlink protocol back again. I'm not sure if that's why

Rosie, you are a blessing thank you. I hope you indeed did go to bed a little while ago - I had read your comment to another late night poster. Your post gave me the syntax needed to resolve the issue - I added a space between "....Logos4.exe" %1, but it needed the quote marks around "%1" also. It seems to be fixed! Thank you

  • video tutorials?

Hi all, I am having to use L3 at the office as none of the computers can come close to the specs for L4 (my laptop only just copes with it) Now that I have more resources (given an upgrade from Pastors Lib to Scholars Gold) there seems to be a lot more I can do with Logos. Having watched as many of the L4 videos I could, I am getting my head around
Thanks for the reminder. The best way for all of us to track and log the titles we want (in my opinion) would be a public forum where we could all 'vote' for the books we were most keen on, and you could keep track of how many votes each title receive. Something for the new website, perhaps ?
x 2 :)
