It is worth reminding Logos

When I select a word, I would like the Lookup area of the Context menu to include a Factbook option. For example, if I select "Ahaz", I cannot see anywhere to choose the Factbook. It is surprising that it is not obvious how to find this, given how much richer the new Factbook is and that Faithlife is promoting the new Factbook as a major upgrade in

I had thought that timeline events were indicated in a Bible by a flag icon. This is what the help resource indicates. They now seem to use a very small asterisk, which is almost unnoticeable. I admit that I usually keep the timeline Visual Filter off, because the flag was intrusive. But now I have great difficulty even finding the timeline indicator

Sorry, I forgot to mention I am using Logos 9.3 Beta 3 on Windows 10

For some reason the Timeline is missing from the Visual Filter in the ESV, but it appears in the NASB and other Bibles. Here is the NASB Visual Filter dropdown. Here is the ESV Visual Filter dropdown at the same location. Note that the Timeline events is missing from the ESV. Am I going blind? I expected to see it below the Speaker labels option, as
This is by design.
I think it is great to be able to search for Scripture references within a Bible search.Displaying results by verse is more useful in a Bible than by chapter. The problem is that this makes searches inconsistent. You can search for a Bible reference in a footnote, but not other text within

This is the first time I have found that a Bible search on "All Bible Text" searches the footnotes. It used to be that if you wanted to search footnotes you had to do a Basic search. I don't think a footnote should qualify as "Bible Text". I don't have a problem with allowing footnote searches in Bible searches. It is actually nice to have the results
I don't need an automatic search of my preferred bible, especially when it is over a different range.
I agree. I don't like that it slows down searches significantly and ignores the scope I told Logos to search. I did not find this behavior in Logos 9.3 Beta 2, but it showed up after I updated to Beta 3.
It was never intended to be a full transcript. It was meant to be an outline to deliver the video content so it could be consumed in the Courses tool.
That makes sense. I wonder what this brings to the table that is not available in the list of videos in the table of contents in the sidebar? As a suggestion, a

I want to create a Collection of Bible commentaries with a Publication Date within a range of dates. By looking at the the examples in the Logos Wiki ( https://wiki.logos.com/Example_Collections ) I think I figured it out. I think the following should work to find Bible Commentaries from the 1960's: pubdate:>=1960 pubdate:<1970 type:"Bible Commentary

Thanks. That was what I thought. But I could not tell if there was a reason to keep both. It is odd that the later file did not replace the earlier file, when they both have the same name and description.

Is there a way to hide resources on one computer but show them on another computer, when using the same account? I understand that I can remove the resource file on one computer, but what if I don't want the deleted resource to even show up in the Library? The only way I can think of would be to always remember filter by "This Device" when using the

II have two resources with the same exact name: "Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia: SESB 2.0 Version". Why is this and which should I hide?
-
Why does a search for "Lord" find "LORD" when the Match Case option selected? I am searching the NASB 1995 with Match Case selected. It appears that Logos treats a search for "LORD" in the Old Testament not as all capitals, but as if it were Lord, but with a different font or character attribute. But I suspect most users would think of this word as
Which 'BHS' ? Thanks.

Is the text of the Lexham Hebrew Bible the same as the BHS? If not, where are the differences documented?

There is a resource called "QuickStart for Logos Transcript". It does not actually contain a text transcription of Morris Proctor's QuickStart videos, as the name of the resource would suggest. It only seems to be a list of the videos that you can click on to view. This offers no more than the table of contents in the QuickStart resource. An actual
