Update?
-
bump again.

Bump.
-
Not based on my past experience with several resources, I haven't seen them retro back to those resources and add the links.
-
Thanks Ben. Just trying to be the squeeky wheel.
-
Has there been any serious effort to get this into Logos since last year?
-
I suspect - due to the inactivity many will have already gone elsewhere.
I certainly did. I've been reading updated journals elsewhere. Frankly, not having it in Logos hasn't been that big of deal to me.
-
There are plenty of places on the internet to find classes online, for free. Plenty. I cannot see the transcripts being worth what Logos charges for them.
-
Logos use since forever... Reasons I did not upgrade: 1. The value add I saw wasn't worth the $. Full feature upgrade was $300+ for me, and as it stands, what I have for Logos now seems to work just fine. 2. I think I've peaked in my investment in Logos; I can get journals else where for less and quicker; new resources take far too long to get into
-
I did not find anything enticing enough to purchase.
-
Again, not much in this sale for me. I have not bought hardly anything in 2 years now. Didn't do the L7 upgrade, probably will not do the L8. I wonder what part of the user segment I am: Logos user for over a decade, have most of the library I want, and am not interested in several hundred dollar uprgrades every 2 years.

There are many basic courses like this for free all over the internet, depending on your flavor. Buy something else on sale, not these courses.
-
Still miss Dave. With one exception from Dan, I haven't had customer service anywhere close to what he offered.

This was very helpful: https://www.logos.com/product/17179/the-letters-to-the-seven-churches-of-asia-in-their-local-setting

I have found that the rule is if the resource was produced afterwards, Logos doesn't go back and tag it. I have found this to happen so many times, I just stopped reporting it. With this being the biggest selling point of the software, you would think they would scan a book's footnotes and ensure the references are hyperlinked.
-
This sale is much more about mobileed and lexham press than it really is about must have resources on a particular book of the Bible.
-
I'd also point you to the WWW where there are many that are free.

+1 on Packer's work.
