Thanks for your responses. Indeed, it turns out that my experience is also the same, but I was being hasty because Logos was taking about a minute to open the resource. On the other hand, anything else I open takes little time. I've got a speedy computer, lots of RAM, SSDs, and this particular resource is unique among my thousands of resources in its

When I open The Voice Bible, L9 locks up. I've deleted the resource and downloaded the resource again. Once again, it locks it up whenever I open it to any passage. Please help! :) Lew

I experienced the same thing. I wonder if it's because Lampe's lexicon is included (according to https://www.logos.com/product/185239/a-patristic-greek-lexicon

Looking forward to the next 30k!

Thanks for bringing this up. I was also emotional. Sometimes, I miss that some of our friends have passed. I think I'll crack open an interlinear in honor of George. What I also noticed is how some of our very helpful people were relative newbies back then: Graham, NB, JT to name just a few on the first page or so. I've been using this software for

That's very helpful to know, SineNomine! Thank you! Lew

It's a issue I wondered about while I made base package purchasing considerations. Here are a couple recent threads: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/195782.aspx https://community.logos.com/forums/p/195206/1128025.aspx#1128025

Yes, that makes good sense. I turns out that late last night (for me, anyway), the Bronze price went back to $0.00. Thanks for the insight. Lew

It's wonky to be sure. But somewhere, someone change some code. I've been tracking prices obsessively for the past few days. And I know some other packages have changed their contents. I'm not overly worried; I was just curious if anyone had some insight. Thanks, All. Lew

A few days ago, I bought the standard Bronze Base Package. When I looked today, it showed that I could buy it (again) for $0.59. (I'm only interested in the Library.) Not a lot of money, but there are no additional resources so I'd be getting nothing for something. Furthermore, all of the other standard base packages are also a bit more expensive, but

It looks like Lampe's Patristic Lexicon ( https://www.logos.com/product/185239/a-patristic-greek-lexicon ) is supposed to be included in Logos Academic Premium and Professional, but when I pull up the page listing the resources in either of those base packages, it does not appear. However, it does appear in Verbum Academic Premium and Professional.

Thanks for mentioning this!
I am super impressed with the updated Verbum libraries....
Mike, inspired by your enthusiasm, I looked at the Verbum packages and ran across this applicable quote from Augustine's "On Christian Belief": This, however, I will say with complete confidence, pace all those who have an obstinate love for their books Lew

Does anyone happen to recall when the expansion libraries for L7 or L8 came out. I'm trying to plan my L9 base package and expansion library purchasing strategy with my current annual book allowance calendar. Lew

I'd love it!

This is not a huge deal, but I'd like to know why this happens. Occasionally -- and I don't know what needs to be in place for it to happen -- when I click a Scripture reference (in this case, the RCL), the passage opens up to my preferred Bible, but in a new window. This is in spite of the fact that my preferred Bible is already open with link sets

Yeah, I don't see any problem at all with CP. It seems like a great option. And if I don't think it's worth the bid, I don't bid.

These stories are helpful to see how narrative "works" in the New Testament period. My bid has been in pretty much since these things were written. :P

I appreciate it, Calvin! Lew

Aw, c'mon. What'll I tell my wife? I'm in.
