  • No Academic Discount for Osborne Commentary Bundle?

The individual volumes of the Osborne New Testament Commentaries have an academic discount but not the bundle, making the bundle more expensive than buying the individual volumes separately. I assume this is a mistake?

  • Re: The future of Logos and Faithlife: Help us make the right decisions!

I think the easiest thing to cut would be the web app. If someone has the money to purchase Logos, chances are they will have a desktop, laptop, or mobile device with Logos installed, making the web app superfluous. Honestly, I only used the web app once, and only for a few minutes while I was reinstalling Logos onto a new computer... I really can't

  • New Academic Discounts?

I noticed that some time this week there has been a slew of new academic discounts (e.g. Lexham Press, CUA Press, etc.). Are these academic discounts permanent or only for a limited time (e.g. the month of May)?

  • Re: Cistercian Publications?

Just do them all! Though I would probably start with those having directly to do with scripture (commentaries and sermons).

About 4-5 years old, basically no free space, and no I have not performed a clean install recently. But I just updated the app to 8 two days ago after putting it off for awhile, and I was dismayed to see that the performance dramatically changed compared to when it was 7.

  • Cistercian Publications?

Any chance of getting some Cistercian Publications works in Verbum? We seem to have a good relationship with Liturgical Press (the distributor of Cistercian Pub.), given that we have some $4,000 worth of their products currently in Verbum. There are many works that will be of interest to many (even non-Catholics) such as the numerous biblical commentaries

  • Reduced Performace With Update?

Has anyone else noticed a reduced performance on iOS with the Logos 8 update? My iPod touch is taking much longer to switch resources, notes do not open in a resource, and the "press to lookup" in the resource often doesn't work...

[quote user="Graham Criddle"] It's working fine for me as with Bruce [quote user="Br. Is that correct? If so,

  • Bug: Missing Highlights

With the recent update of 8.4, there was a "reversal" of a previous fix: highlights do not show up when one has the multiple resources feature enabled in the additional resource. So, for example, if I have the Summa Theologiae open in both English and Latin, the highlights I make in the Latin do not appear unless I open up the Latin version as the

Aquinas's opera omnia are also being posted online in the public domain at https://aquinas.cc/ which should make this even easier (and cheaper)!

  • Relationship with Emmaus Academic?

I have noticed that Faithlife has recently gotten in a close relationship with IVP and Baker (among others) in order to have their books put on pre-order as the books are released (or within months of release). Would it be possible to get into a relationship like this with Emmaus Academic? They are constantly putting out incredible resources, but it

  • ICS Press Carmelite Mystics?

Is there any chance of getting involved with ICS Press in order to get the most up to date translations (with notes) of the Carmelite mystics (John of the Cross, Teresa of Avila, etc.)? While I appreciate that we do have most of these in Verbum, they are mostly translations from the late 1800s and early 1900s.

  • Notes Bug: Formatting of Superscripts

Previously, when using the superscript function (e.g. for footnote references) in the notes, it would automatically switch to a smaller font. As of right now, clicking the superscript function keeps the same font size as the rest of the text (i.e. it is much too large). Interestingly, if I spell something wrong and right click to make a suggested correction

  • BUG: Using quotation marks in the notes resets the font

When typing in the notes, and one, for example, has changed the font to 12 point (it is now perpetually 11pt by default for some reason) and bold, and then uses quotation marks, the font will change back to the default before the quotes are typed. That is, the quotation mark will show up as 11pt and not bolded. This can be changed afterward, but not
