Btw, anyone know if the "drag to shortcuts" still causes crashes?
Daniel, I'm not sure if it has been officially fixed or not, but you can copy shortcuts now. You can even launch programs from the computer desktop by dragging and dropping a shortcut to L4. I have an L3 shortcut in L4 temporarily (I hope), so I
While I don't want Logos to get into the worship planning business, I do hope that the templates in L3 can be expanded for such purposes.
MJ, I so agree with you...I don't want Logos to get into the worship planning business, BUT a few guides along the way wouldn't hurt. I definitely like the idea of expanding the templates
I'm surprised. I find it difficult to even compare WORDsearch with Logos 4. They're in different categories, in my opinion.
Gordon (and others), I currently use BOTH WORDsearch 8 and Logos 4 (& 3). I recently saw the newest "incarnation" of WORDsearch (9) and it uses some of the very same characteristics of Logos

Much better John. Sound was great. Large picture size makes it much more "readable". Thanks. I'm also looking forward to the next in a "long" series of helps from you.
After updating to SR-7 today, I find that the LEB no longer shows as a rev int and the rev int option on the tab no longer displays. However, the visual filters I have (applied to the Greek text) are still showing! Also, it appears that I have two Lexham English Bibles. (I tried hiding the one I had not been using, and
Great video idea John, however it is way to small to see on my screen and hard to follow. Is there a way to enlarge it? Thanks!
I agree with Roger, it would be nice if it were enlarged...and it would be even better if you could hear it. I had my volume turned all the way up and REALLY had to concentrate on listening
Not sure why you're having problems with my site, but it's also on Vimeo .
Mark, thank you for that very informative and useful video. It was/is very helpful and I'm probably going to refer to it several times as I start coming up to speed in L4.
When I upgraded to LOGOS 4, I didn't uninstall LOGOS 3. Is there duplicate files for not uninstalling 3 before upgrading to 4? I ask this, as I see there are two shortcuts on the desktop; one for the Libronix (3) and one for LOGOS 4.
Paul, you can run both programs on the same computer...and for some short term deficiencies

Thank you team Logos. I usually follow the underdogs (CUBS), but in this case I can say proudly, "I'm following the winning team!" Go Team. Let's keep the WORD moving forward.
They're coming in a future release. We haven't forgotten, but we need to re-implement them for the 4.0 codebase. (They'll be even cooler!)
Thanks Bob. I've grown accustomed to using them and if, as you say, "they'll be even cooler!", all I can say in anticipation is THANK YOU!!!!!
I agree - and a feature I love about clippings is the ability to TAG them with keywords! I have already begun to collect clippings and by tagging them I can find clippings by group or subject. Nice touch!
I like the clippings ability, too. • Study Template

In Logos 3.0f we were introduced to some Study Templates. I found them to be a great help in some of my studying. Are those going to be available in Logos4? Or will they be replaced by something that is even more functional in a study guide?

Highly recommended, especially if you're running Vista right now.
I'd like to do that, but I just crossgraded in Logos for about the same price that I would need to purchase
