According to Phil Gons which has a post above ChrisClark's (3 up), he and his team was looking into this issue about a week ago. This is why I addressed my comments to him. Anyway, thanks for the heads up. This means that won't be seeing the problem resolved until some time in April. Nice.
Joseph, just wanting to step

  • Re: search training

I did a rather quick word search and the word "kaleo" can also mean "invite." It that the sense for your search? That concept is used 18 times in the NT with most of them being in the gospels. Mt. 22:3; 22:4; 22:8; 22:9; Lk 7:39; 14:7; 14:8 (2x); 14:9; 14:10; 14:12; 14:13; 14:16; 14:17; 14:24; Jn 2:2; 1 Cor 10:27 (Paul speaking) Rev. 19:9 (angel speaking

  • Re: MobileEd Content in Passage Guides?

Thank you John. I do not know whether or not I would have ever come up with the idea of making a collection of the MobileEd Textbooks. I have been putting this through its paces this morning and early afternoon....WOW!!!!!! Thank You isn't enough. Game changer might be in order. Seriously, without all of the sappiness, this is a great idea! Bill

  • Re: Recommendation for Psalms Resource Please.

Cynthia, depending on how "deep" you want to get in teaching the Psalms, here is one of my favorite for explaining the structure of the Psalms and Hebrew Poetry. It is "a bit pricey," but it will help with explaining Hebrew poetry and by doing that, will open up the Psalms to another level of appreciation. https://www.logos.com/product/7452/the-psalms

PJ, I would really like to try this. However, I wasn't able to follow your video...it was too fast and I didn't hear any audio (if there was supposed to be any). The resolution, of your video, on my laptop is really quite blurry. Trying to follow your instructions: 1. No problem, 2. Filter the Browser (with what?), 3. Set the view to Pericope, again

  • Re: Please Show the "Highest Level" of "Advanced Package Library" installed.

Another option that I would like to see, is which resources are available and each level... I do demonstrate Logos once in a while for others that might be interested in getting Logos, just not at my current level. The way I see that happening is each level would come "pre-sorted" into a collection specific to that level. Then when I was demonstrating
I purchased the Preachers Outline and Study Bible several years ago through the WordSearch Bible Study software. I would like to use it through my Logos program but I don't want to have to buy it again. Is it possible to transfer the books to this program since I've already purchased them? • Please make the Default "Notes On" go away

I found out how to turn off all of the notes on my desktop/laptop...now, if I could only find a way to turn off all the "defaulted notes on" on my iPad. I know where to turn them off. I have turned them off...and every time that I open my Logos AP on the iPad, the notes are again open in every open resource which slows down my reading (especially) when

All is well. A reboot restored the list of all of my visual filters. AND EVERY POSSIBLE visual filter and any other kind of the defaulted has been turned and...Thank you!

Thanks Myke and Levi. The reason for the secondary question was because after I clicked on the arrow to disable that filter, it disappeared from the visual filter list instead of just becoming unchecked.

  • Re: Why were all of the visual filters defaulted to "ON"?

Actually, upon looking into this a little further, wouldn't that disable the filters from ever being visible (as needed)? I don't want to totally disable them, I just don't want them defaulted to on.

  • Why were all of the visual filters defaulted to "ON"?

I have over 16K resources in my L8 Library and EVERYONE of them has visual filters checked. I know that I can disable that simply by unchecking, however, since every single box is checked (more than 100 per resource), it causes way to much clutter in my Bibles, commentaries, etc., to be useful. I want to have a visual filter activated only when I want

When I was doing some graduate work, I utilized my journals collection quite often. Now that I am not actively pursuing further graduate level research, my interest in the journals has diminished considerably. I would favor a yearly update with a "synopsis" of each journal's articles with an option to buy a single issue of that particular journal (or
