• Re: should i buy?

I had to cancel my pre-pub order on the set over a year ago because of finances. I passed on the same price on Black Friday as is being offered now. When I saw it again at this price, I knew that it was unlikely to ever be cheaper. I have about half the set in print, but have not used them much since I started using my Logos software 3 yrs ago. Having

  • Re: community pricing

If you have ordered something through Community Pricing or Pre-pub, they are listed in your account orders. When a ship date for a title is established (at least 30 days out), it will display on your order summary tab and on the pre-pub page listings. It's good to check your order status periodically. I now have 3 titles showing a 9/15 ship date. That
I didn't know that i could do a monthley payment plan. I bought the LE version for now, when I can afford the larger packages later on, i'll get those =). Thanks for your help!
When you are ready for a larger package, you are eligible for a special upgrade package price. If you are logged into your account, you

DSB is almost at 100% interest already. That didn't take long.

  • Re: Is there not value at the "Community Pricing" page on Logos 4 site?
Question: Does Logos notify you that your bid is to low - thus giving you an oppertunity to raise your bid?
That's a good reason to always place a reasonable bid. If you bid too low, you miss out entirely. If you ever buy the product, it will be at a much higher price. That way, you do not miss out on something that

  • Re: EEC

I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the concept of getting charged $699 when the first volume is rekeased. I do recognize that is a bargain for 44 volumes, but some of us may not be alive when the last volume ships.

  • Re: A new type of pre-pub - it isn't in print yet!

I was involved in Christian publishing for over 20 years, going back to 1971. I have seen many commentary dates pushed back considerably over the years. All kinds of things can and will happen unexpectedly before this 44 volume set is completed. I don't doubt Logos' intentions of doing what it says. People must realize that there are many factors beyond

  • Re: Moving to Platinum a PLUS! - Question: what about the Portfolio Edition?

I have upgraded from the Bible Study Library to Scholar Gold and finally Platinum. I have been very happy with each upgrade. I have not given too much attention to the Portfolio pkg, because it is a huge jump financially. It appears that there is not that much that I am really interesting in adding to my library. If Logos adds an intermediate pkg in
I was already a fan and had hit the "like" button. So, all I did was hit the unlike button, then hit the like button and the Tozer price was there.
I was a fan, but hadn't noticed the "Fan Specials" tab. I'll have to remember to check that every month.

  • Re: NICNT Luke on pre-pub! Looks like Logos is beginning to split up this excellent commentary series!

My guess is that the original volume probably never had the cover displayed. I remember the green on bright yellow volumes from the early days.

Morris does the best seminar of anyone that I have ever known on any subject. Very well organized. Very productive. Covers a huge amount of material quickly and efficiently. Systematically helps all Logos users (regardless of previous experience) to better understand and use the power of Logos software. He makes solid recommendations on software choices
I'm chomping at the bit to get L4 but I'm still gathering money and trying to decide which package is best for me. I'm a bit torn between the Languages and Scholar, not sure. My traditional book library is very good; I've got Bible school training past a secular BA, so I don't have any problem wading through scholarly material

I just got my ESVSB downloaded. When I got home from work, a storm had knocked out my cable/internet connection. I went to bed early and then got up and found that the internet was back. Downloaded the 245 MB and did a quick browse. This is a great addition to my Logos resources! Next. I want the ESV Bible Atlas.

When the NIV 2011 project was announced, Zondervan said that both the NIV (1984) and the TNIV would no longer be available. ONLY the NIV 2011 would be printed and sold. That is what is creating the problem for churches and individuals who have adopted and used the NIV as their standard. Their
