  • Re: Checking Off Daily Prayers in Logos 8 for iPad Pro

From your home page, click on the main menu (three bars in lower right corner). This brings up a side menu. Click "Prayers" and that will bring up another side menu. Then click on "Today's Prayers" and your list should populate along with the check boxes beside them.

  • Re: Copy and Paste not working

Can you elaborate on this a little more...I can't see how to do this. On my MBP, I went to "Accessibility" in "System Preferences", but I don't know what to do from there. Thanks, Steve

  • Copy/Paste with MS WORD

Something happened that stopped me from being able to copy/paste from Logos 7 to MS Word. I am a Mac user and have had Office 365 for well over a year and it's been working fine. Can someone please help me figure out what went wrong. I believe this happened after a Logos update. Thanks, Steve

It is an old resource that I have had for years. I have the hard copies and think it would be neat to have them integrated into a Logos format.

  • Handfuls of Purpose

I would like to suggest adding "Handful of Purpose" to the Logos Library. This is an old resource, but I have used it many times through the years. Thank you.

  • Handfuls on Purpose

I would like to see an old resource that I have used for years added to Logos for purchase. I have the hard copies of "Handfuls on Purpose", but it would be convenient if I could add it to Logos. How do I go about submitting a request to see of there is any interest?

  • Re: Camp Logos 1

I hate to reply to my own post, but I was able to find out some information on the matter. The new training only comes in a "downloadable" format. Therefore, it downloads straight to your computer when it's ordered. Also, I was told that the Logos 6 Training uses about a gig an hour and there are 13 hours of training. Long story cut short... I was already

  • Camp Logos 1

I have ordered the Camp Logos in times past and always received a set of DVD's. However, I ordered the newest Camp Logos 1 for Logos 6 and it was downloaded to my computer. I already have some issues with my hard drive being full, so I want to know how much space this download is using. Is there a way to find the answer to this question? Is this latest

  • Re: Encyclopedia Britannica for Noet is here

I say this with "all due respect", but I find most Logos products on the "pricey" side. Therefore, I am curious what the actual "small fee" will be for the updates. With that said, the pre-pub price seems like a good enough deal for me to at least try it for the 30 days...as others have stated. Steve

  • Logos 6 Training DVD

In an effort to better understand my bible program, I just recently purchased the two latest Logos 5 Training DVD sets by Morris Proctor. I spent a few hundred dollars getting these sets, (about the time I bought the first set, they released the second set). Now...Logos has released V6. Will these V5 training videos now be obsolete? While I realize

  • Copy/Paste and Indexing Issue

I have a friend that is having the following issues after upgrading from Logos 4 to Logos 5. Issue 1: On his desktop Mac, he can no longer copy/paste from Logos 5 to MS Word. He was normally able to hit copy/paste, and the scripture would go to his MS word document right where his curser was. Now, for whatever reason, that feature isn't working. He

  • Re: Look Up Search

Maybe I should have said this with my original post... The way I discovered this problem is that I was following Morris Proctor on my recently purchased Camp Logos 5 DVD set. When we got to this point on the DVD, he was getting the bible dictionaries to come up and I was getting the Pulpit Commentary Index on the same scripture. As far as the prioritization

Okay...here's the strange part (to me at least). I have my ESV Bible opened to Acts 18:1 When I double click on most words, the bible dictionary opens just fine. However, while I click on the word "Corinth" (verse 1) it opens Pulpit Commentary (to the index on that word) When I click on the word "Sabbath" (verse 4) it also opens up Pulpit Commentary

I am running Mac OS10 10.8.5 and I have Logos 5 / Gold. If I open any bible and do a "Look Up Search", my Pulpit Commentary opens. However, if I just open any book from my library and do the same search, it opens the dictionary...as it should. I don't know if my screenshot is coming through or not... file://localhost/Users/saboyd/Desktop/Screen%20Shot

  • Look Up Search

When I have a bible open (any bible) and double click on the word to do a search of that word. Instead of opening a bible dictionary, it always opens a bible commentary. However, if I try the same thing with any of the books in my library...it opens my bible dictionary with no problem... I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong...

  • Lines in the scroll down area...

I don't really even know how to present this question, but here is my best shot! :-) I notice when I have a bible opened in a pane (for example), on the right side of the text there are small horizontal lines, almost just a "dash." Some are single lines, some are double, some are light, and some are bold. When I place the cursor over these lines, it

  • Re: Copy Bible Verses

Thanks, I didn't realize I could deselect the home page option. However, I don't know if I really like going back to the same thing that I was working on last. I suppose that's one way to work around it. What I was wanting to do is just have the "copy bible verses" just stay there without having to omit the home page. Thanks for the help... Steve

  • Copy Bible Verses

Is there a way to make "copy bible verses" STAY in the "information box? I always have to click the small + sign and add it. However, once I close Logos it all goes back to the default settings. I would like to have "copy bible verses" stay there each time. Any help would be appreciated... Steve
