• Did Anyone Order New iPhone

I got mine reserved at Best Buy. But not confident now that I'm hearing that some that did order yesterday got emails cancelling orders due to volume and others were told they won't get them on ship date. If you ordered, did you get such an email. Looking forward to it. I'm hoping that the better antenna will help with reception where I live so that

Just wondering how many others are feeling this way.
+1 No way I could pay for it today, but in the future a day of overtime may have allowed me to buy it if it would be in the $160- $250 range, but at $500, I question that I would find it worth it even if I can afford it in the future

Thanks. I just went ahead and called them anyway. But thanks for the help. BTW I was able to click on the three individual things I bought at around the same time and each one showed up with individual amounts and they all added up to about what I pay each month.

  • Replace Logos Notes System with Evernote API

I have now used a couple of other applications that are doing this. I know it is not likely going to happen in the near term, but just in case no on in Washington thought of it, Evernote makes a great tool for note taking of all kinds. Olive Tree is doing this with their Bible apps. It would be wonderful if Logos got rid of its kludgey system for notes

[quote user="Frank D. • Re: Wondering about the iPad

I've not used a Tablet PC for Logos in about 7 months (since getting my iPad). I would not go back. I love the iPad for reading. Sure, serious Bible study like one can do with Logos 4 on a computer is not possible on the iPad, but a lot of what is there for basic study is there on the iPad.
It's almost a year and I really need this feature with my iPad. Would you please give us some updates? • Version 2.0

Not saying this is what is going to be called, but this statment by Dave Dunkins seems to me to say that a major update is coming. The seemingly plateaued state of the app is because we were hitting the limits of what we could do with small changes and are now working on big changes, specifically integrating the full Logos display engine. Big changes
1. footnotes available offline (not sure whether this is possible/how easy it would be) 3. Ability to search within offline books (nothing fancy, just a "find" feature within the currently opened book would be nice)
Actually these would be solved by what I envision as offline installation.

  • Re: Mozy or Carbonite work with Logos 4?

I tried Mozy and it was very slow for me on a fairly fast 10MB/sec cable internet connection. However, DropBox is now my chosen solution. It is very fast and has access from any browser and apps for may mobile devices too. You get 2 GB free and can also add 250MB by doing some simple things that are painless.

The word that best describes the Logos leadership is impressive. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/5046.aspx A thread about using Logos with a compeitor's produce and the president and one of the top software gurus weigh in both promising to help make Logos work with Bibleworks and showing how it does. Equally impressed with the other company that

Not trying to cause an argument, but why would this be a problem. Just don't hold down the right click button and drag. When does this accidentally happen? I can't imagine when it would, but I'm probably not thinking of some use case where it would.

It is important to remember that the iOS version of Logos is backed by a great and growing larger company. However, this app is developed by a guy. Dave Dunkin is working hard on his own. I think Logos might have hired some help for a time, but I believe he is at this time working alone. He may correct this, but I believe I'm right about this. Other
