Great suggestions, i through my vote behind them all.
The text of Matthew 3:11 says the Magi saw a "child" (παιδίον) not a "baby" (βρέφος) as in Luke 2:16 .
personally, I don’t find this argument convincing and is at best inconclusive, as I think it assumes a level of technical precision in the Greek that
an older thread
Good spot, Denise. Blast i feel foolish for responding to a Necro’ed thread the way I did.
Disclaimer. The best way is to spend time with text and draw it out.
As great as all of these answers are, and they good reminders, I think based on the quote above that the OP knows that prayerfully Reading the Bible passage over and over is the best Method. I (and undoubtedly the OP too) would like to read some posts that
the way I was taught to think of it (which shows my age) was as a vinyl record. The hole in the center is the core everyone agrees upon. On everything else, theologians are nearer or farther from the general consensus and nearer or farther from common alternative views. Think of consensus as nearer the middle and alternatives

Hi all, I'm wondering is there a way to sort my library by date added (rather than just 'last 30 days,' etc) and/or create a Collection to that effect eg. Date added last 365 days. Does that make sense? Cheers, L

I for one thought OT stood for Octopus Tentacles... suddenly a bunch of forum threads are starting to make a whole lot more sense... ;-)

IIRC my understanding is that there is regret in certain quarters of FL about allowing folk to import Word Docs as some user the system to import copyrighted materials (eg. Books) which are already available to purchase on the Logos platform. Understandably this practice could foreseeably get worse if importing pdf and epubs were allowed. Rumor has
Looking back through notes that contain a single keyword, like 'Matter', would be a nightmare. Ultimately it doesn't (ahem) matter whether you create a formal "tag" for a note or simply include a key phrase that remains constant for that topic.
Ok, so 'Matter' might not have been the best example... especially if
@Liam, why do you only use 3 tags and not more?
Great question, two reasons primarily. The first is simply time. I firmly believe that any notes system that requires a lot of regular maintenance has fallen at the first hurdle - namely, it is supposed to save you time not absorb it! If I have to be adding seven or eight

Very sad indeed.

Great question, Michel. My general approach is to, within reason, allow Logos to do the heavy lifting for you and by that, I mean, I would make use of search and tags rather than create tons of notebooks. With notes, a good clear first line title, tags down the bottom for top 3 key words (perhaps also the module name and the module number in your case

As per the title when I open a canvas document from the document plane, the canvas tool opens blank. When I try and close the tool, Logos hangs and becomes unresponsive. I do not have this issues on the web app. Oddly this happens with some canvas documents but not others. Please advise.

Are the only two options regular and dark mode? It would be great if they offered an option like iOS that changes at sunrise/sundown
Use f.lux for that.
I don't know about Mac, but on Windows 10 you don't need F.Lux anymore. Just use the Nightlight schedule

I’m thankful for sermon manager and the addition of personal sermons to passage guide results..
