Köstenberger has already written 5 commentaries on the Gospel of John and a substantial theology on John's Gospel, what more can he add that is not available in those volume. He is a capable scholar with various expertise in biblical studies, I would have thought that another New Testament book would be assigned to him. Hopefully we will no be
Just edited my previous post. You can listen to the talks on which the book was based here: https://www.michaeleaton.org/whole-counsel-of-god I'm assuming from your profile picture an interest in Martyn Lloyd Jones and maybe Westminster Chapel. Did you used to hear Michael there?
Yes I head him in the school of
I had to buy my copy from South Africa. It's 3 A4 sized books! Not user friendly and won't even fit on my bookshelves.
Ah got you, thanks for the info

Hey Paul, Thanks for the pointer, I was not aware of Eaton Systematic. I am not sure when this will be available in Logos so amazon here I come. Kind regards
A book I'd to love to see in Logos is The Plan and Purpose of God by Dr Michael Eaton. His "No Condemnation" book is releasing out of pre-pub shortly. He would have
Is their a modern evangelical systematic theology text book that: Like Grudem is Calvinistic in terms of salvation and Continuationist in terms of gifts But which is Egalitarian in terms of Male/Female leadership.
Um, respectfully, I am editing Dr. Adams' books and working to bring many back into print. Trust and Obey is a homiletic commentary geared toward helping the preacher. The ten-volume commentary series is pointed toward the counselor. They are NOT the same and Jay points that out in the intro to 1 Peter in his commentary:[/quote
Hi Aaron, Sorry for the delay! I've spoken with our content production team and there is still a few weeks left of work on the resource. However, we received some new revisions from B&H recently that we were also able to incorporate into this round of revisions, which means that there won't be a need to do
This one gets a bit more convoluted in nature because the author also has a Tyndale volume that got revised. You know there is going to be some overlap.

As mab pointed out he also did the TNTC version which is great but those are typically shorter so if I were to get one it would be this one :)[/quote
I've also noticed that if I close a specific resource and then reopen it, it will be set at a different font size than what I closed it in. E.g., if set the font size slider to 3 close it, but then reopen the resource, it will be set to a different size.
Strange, i not able to replicate that problem on my system
I believe I have...probably many of them. That's why I'm wondering if there's a way to reset them all to the same size without having to go back and change each individual resource.
Sorry, unfortunately you will need to manually undo them.
-
Is there no way to just make all resources have the exact same font size?
Yes, under content scaling. I can only think that you have manually adjusted some resource on the open or close this panel's menu on an open book. Have you?
-
Sorry for the late response. Try under Accessibility - Content Scaling and Program Scaling. Hope this helps
-
I was just wondering if there is a way to make the font size consistent across all resources. When switching through parallel resources for example, I'll have hit CMD + or CMD - depending on the resource. I'd much prefer for all resources to have exactly the same font size. Is this possible?
Now I would love to see Lloyd-Jones' "Romans", also a classic, released in Logos format. In addition, a Martyn Lloyd-Jones sermon library would be great! The audio of all his sermons are available on the internet for free. Surely, Logos could work out something with the Lloyd-Jones' Trust to convert them text and publish
It's a shame Logos doesn't have Robert A. Guelich's 1982 Commentary. Although a bit dated, according to John F. Evans' Commentary Review Guelich's is Still "a standard historical-critical commentary" on the Sermon on the Mount.
Excellent stuff
