Logos tech support, you may what to take notice of this... David, I got your response and something interesting happened. I originally intended to tell you that I can access Morphology Charts through the menus and it shows up in a new tab, but the problem was that when I entered a lemma, a spinning wheel, showing it was working, appeared for just an

  • Re: Problem with Clause Search

Hi Sean. Sorry about the delay in responding. For some reason I was not notified that a response had been posted. Thanks for the clarification on what library resources are needed. For some reason, at some point, I evidently hid the LHB and SBLGNT, probably because I work with interlinears. Anyway, once I told Logos to display the two hidden resources

  • Problem with Clause Search

I tried to use Clause Search for the first time today. Despite the fact that there are almost 1,600 books in my library, including many versions of the Greek New Testament and Bibles, the only resource available for me to do a clause search in is apparently Swete's LXX. I believe other resources should show, like the Lexham English Bible, UBS4, and

  • Re: Morphology Charts not working

I got in contact with Logos customer support. The agent walked me through a couple of things without success. We talked and she suggest some things I could try on my own. If they didn't work, I could call back and get a referral to tech support. I tried the things without success and called back. I was given a case number and connected to tech support

I tried that once, but after being on hold for a while, my call was dropped. I'll give it another try and post what happens. Thanks

This is the first time I've tried it. I have run "Update Now." I can't find "update resources."

  • Morphology Charts not working

Since I previously owned Logos 6 Platinum and was content with my library, I decided to just purchase the Logos 7 Full Feature Set, which I did a couple weeks ago. Today I tried to use Morphology Charts but encountered some problems. In a Logos training video it shows Morphology Charts can be accessed by Tools>Interactive Media>Morphology Charts

  • Profile tagline doesn't update

I've updated my profile photo and tagline. The updated photo has propagated through Faithlife and shows up as my avatar here in the Forms. However, my updated tagline doesn't appear in the About section of my profile. The old one still does. Any ideas? Thanks, Terry

  • Re: Copying

I have the same problem with the LEB in interlinear mode and its interfering with a book I am writing. I'm glad to hear Logos is on it. Hope to hear that the problem has been fixed soon.

Hi Philana, Thank you so much for the update! I had done a search for this issue before posting but I couldn't find anything on it. Blessings, Terry

I'm a bit disappointed someone from Faithlife hasn't taken notice of this post. I though they had a few people who kind of looked at what was going on here. You think they'll respond to a phone call?

  • Re: BUG: Highlighting words with borders doesn't work right

Hi Dave, You asked: Do you add the boxes with Inline Interlinear displayed? Does the issue occur without Inline Interlinear? Does it occur only in John 1:1 ? It happens with the Inline Interlinear on or off. It happens wherever I've tried it in LEB. It also happens in other translations (I tested LGNTI:SBL, NASB95, and KJV). If you're having trouble

  • BUG: Highlighting words with borders doesn't work right

I have encountered a problem when I try to apply different colored boxes to words on the same line. Here is a demo palette I've created. It just draws a green box around selected words: Here is a sample from the LEB with 5 green boxes: If I now try to add a border to another word using a different color, things go awry. Just what happens depends on

  • Re: Highlighting obscures right side of text in Interlinears

Thanks, Tommy. I was just working on a reply to your post. I get the same behavior in LEB, LGNTI, and LGNTI: SBL. I haven't checked any others. The single and double black border is from the Emphasis Markup palette and the blue L/R side borders are from a custom palette. Solid fills aren't a problem, only if there is a right border. Thanks for reporting

  • Highlighting obscures right side of text in Interlinears

If I apply highlighting with borders in a Bible with Inline Interlinear off, things display well-- However, if I set Inline Interlinear on, the right side of some of the interlinear text is obscured-- This can make the interlinear a little hard to read. It also makes text that I've Sniped and pasted into a presentation look unprofessional. To me it
