  • Re: Crash when dragging library items to shortcut bar

    1. Yes. Logos also crashes when trying to re-sync the documents after I remove the local copy. I've attached log files for this crash. I also get a crash when trying to open logos in diagnostics mode after signing in (see seperate zip file). I don't get any other crashes. 2. I don't actually have any shortcuts on my bar. I used to have them, but they

Thanks Melissa. Dave, Logos support followed the uninstall/install procedure. I had a look at the .NET forum post you linked to, but wasn't a 100% sure how to repair .NET 3.5 in Windows 7 since it is built in. The linked page only seems to work for other version of Windows.

After many tech support emails, a long phone call, multiple logos re-installs... I've still got the issue and no idea how to fix it? [:'(] Logos support got me to do the following Delete the wpf Font cache and restart windows. This didn't work Delete the Document folder and re-sync (it crashed while trying to re-sync) Re-install Logos - this didn't

  • Crash when dragging library items to shortcut bar

Logos Version: 4.2b SR-1 (4.22.5.1109) When I try and drag an item to the shortcuts bar Logos crashes. I couldn't find a resolution to this issue anywhere. This has been happening ever since I installed Logos on a fresh install of Windows 7 64 bit (I used to be on 32 bit) Attached are the log files 0755.Logos Log Files.zip

uggh.... download take 3! There goes my download limit for the month I think when asking us to download such big files we need a download manager of some sort! I use one, but the logos website won't let me resume the download :(

  • Re: New American Commentary series - would you recommend?

I've stuck with Logos Silver as it includes the NAC and I didn't see any key resources I wanted in Gold. I have added the PNTC, BECNT, NICOT/NICNT and a couple of individual volumes to fill the gaps so that I have a great commentary on every book of the bible... I find NAC covers most of the key issues really well as a general rule

This procedure worked for me. It turns out that my initial download missed some of my resources The procedure was as follows: 1. Close Logos 4 2. Rename this file C:\Users\?your name?\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\?random?\UpdateManager\Updates.db 3. Open Logos 4 and in the command area type Update Now and run this. Wait for the downloads to complete and

3.1Gb later and it worked! It fixed both the problem with my missing lectionary and greyed out Biblical People, Places and Things. I think the problem must have been a corruption of my initial download or something. It may have also helped that I did this download on a different internet connection. The procedure was as follows: 1. Close Logos 4 2.

I've renamed the update.db file and run the update resources again. This time I have 3.1Gb to download. I'll let everyone know if this fixes the issue for me. Update: Down to 2.5Gb left and I had to stop the download because I had to leave the place where my internet was connected to. It prompted me to update and restart Logos 4. Upon a restart I had

I've been having the lectionary problem as well. It appears as an option and then dissapears when I try to find it! I did a search in my library and I'm unable to find the lectionary! I've installed all the latest updates and I'm running Logos 4 Scholars Silver. It makes me wonder if I'm missing any other resources from my library?

I can't wait for logos on my windows mobile! It will beat the pants off all the other Windows Mobile Bible programs! It would be nice to be able to choose some resources for offline usage, but that may be a big ask... Also, it is one step closer to having access to my resources on something like the Sony Reader or Kindle
