    Might as well add Gary Rendsburg‘s recent book to the list, How the Bible is Written Just received it Wednesday. It would be a wonderful addition and immensely enhanced by its inclusion in Logos.

    I also used Audible to wade through City of God. Great Courses also offers a series on the book too. The course enriched the reading tremendously. The ride to work and back has become very enjoyable and quite worthwhile listening to these books.
