Thanks, yeah I'm really enjoying both commentaries already.

Francis, thanks for the input. Yes, I'm currently leaning towards Anchor. A lot of what you wrote resonates with what I've been thinking as I've spent hours combing through logos screen shots from various commentaries. -Jeremiah

I would really like to see the various Hebrew language OT bibles have wrap ability instead of only 1 verse per line capability. This works for other languages, and it also works for the Hebrew New Testament (a user reported in the forums). For those of us who spend a lot of time in the Hebrew it sure would be nice to have that option for more text and

Oh wow Bibleworks went out of business? Man I would have loved to pick that up for a going out of business price. When did that happen?
Tov's Parallel was an old Libby (or earlier?) resource. It still has the Libby intro. At Logos4, they built their own, which is still the 'root' of their hebrew analytics, I think. You didn't ask, but the best (Logos) almost-apparatus is in the Cambridge Bible series, and primarily works off the hebrew, but notes LXX, Peshitta

I bought AYB recently. I'm working through some stuff in Deuteronomy now and I noticed there is only a volume for Dt. 1-11. Is the whole book not covered? Is there just a delivery bug or something? Thanks in advance

How can this be?
Well, they're still missing Matthew (the original one NA). That was decades back. My impression is AY wasn't in the Torah or gospels business. It seemed sort of author-based and then choose-a-book. Kind of presenting views ... I think similar to MJ's point. And some fascinating

So many of my notes I use just a "note indicator". Right now I'm trying to search for all of the "Triangle indicators" in a certain book. Two such note indicators are shown in the screenshot: 1 is yellow, 1 is purple. When I use the inline search it only presents "highlighter" kinds as you can see in the top left drop down. So I tried this: {Highlight

Does anyone know if there is a difference (other than English & German) between these two products? Keil and Delitzsch Commentary on the Old Testament (COT) (10 vols.) Biblischer Kommentar über das Alte Testament (Keil-Delitzsch) (15 Bde.) Is the English version an summarized, / shorter version or is it just the manner in which the volumes

Thanks Mark, Haha your "thankfully" regarding Dahood made me laugh. For me, he's incredible I'm always complaining to my wife that he was taken too young. So many psalms which I was certain I understood well he totally changed my way of thinking (er is changing as I'm still working through his 3 volume commentary on Psalms). I may get more out of it

Thank you Beloved

Thank you Dan, I will keep my eyes open for it if it goes on sale after I pay off Anchor.

I tried <lemma=WIVU/he/??נ> for my BHS SESB 2 also tried with asterisks and reversed the ordering of the nun and the asterisks so I switched to BHW and tried same variations starting with: <lemma=lls/he/נ**> I also tried typing: h:n*@vn in the builder (i.e. Hebrew word starts with nun, is a verb, in nifal... Appreciate the help, -Jeremiah

Thanks Mark! <Lemma ~ lbs/he/נ*> INTERSECTS <LogosMorphHeb ~ Vd???????> seems to work fine. It does pick up the נפש root when it's in verbal form (and in nifal (niphal) ) שֵׁ֤שֶׁת יָמִים֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה מַעֲשֶׂ֔יךָ וּבַיּ֥וֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִ֖י תִּשְׁבֹּ֑ת לְמַ֣עַן יָנ֗וּחַ שֽׁוֹרְךָ֙ וַחֲמֹרֶ֔ךָ וְיִנָּפֵ֥שׁ בֶּן־אֲמָתְךָ֖ וְהַגֵּֽר׃ The Lexham

yeah neither one will work, I don't want to go through 4 results independently in the concordance tool. Thanks for the creative solution. I did learn something though; I appreciate that.

can we have "sort by verses" in search queries? For example, I have 4 books by a certain author, I want to see all his comments on the book of Isaiah. Search yields over 600 verses he references across his works. There seems no way to order the chapters and verses from the resultant search. Here's a thread where we talk about it in more detail.

Hey, is there a way I can reorder my highlighter palettes to appear in the order I want? For example, I use my custom palettes at the bottom of the screen shot much more frequently than the other palettes in here, yet whenever I want to select a highlight to use with a note when journalling, I must scroll through all the others and it slows me down

Awe, I just saw the whole Anchor Yale commentary for sale on a different platform now for $750... I thought I would be getting such a great deal getting it for half off here ($1000). Overall value is also part of my consideration. Some volumes from WBC Graham recommended also look good for what I want. Has anyone noticed this past year how often Anchor

BTW I really really appreciate how fast you guys both answered my question.
