• Re: KJV vs NASB: Missing/Added Phrase???
In it's notes, I saw that Mark 13:32 KJV does contain the phrase " neither the Son". You all probably heard me scream at myself, as I realized, that in my tunnel vision, it never occured to me to that it might be in the other Gospels . You'd think that would have been the first thing to come to mind!!! Unfortunately, this

  • Presentation Software for iPad

I'm trying to envision a presentation to a Bible class, sermon, etc. using an iPad. Since I don't have one or even a competitor yet (however a purchase decision is very near) I thought I'd ask those of you who do how you do it? Is there an application which you use directly from your iPad to show and proceed through your presentation? In other words

  • Asus Eee Pad Transformer

Just saw a 12 minute video on the Asus Eee Pad Transformer. Impressive! When is the Andriod app for Logos due? I was about to pull the trigger on an iPad 2 but may wait now... has anybody seen this tablet?

  • Re: We ask you to keep this deal to yourself.
Doesn't the fact that some "targetted" specials are specials on resources one already has indicate that it really isn't directed to the recipient at all -- otherwise it would not offer a special on something he already has. Lie, lie, lie.
Perhaps... but in that case they just need to "true up" the data analysis

  • Re: We ask you to keep this deal to yourself.

I agree with the general tone of these comments. I too, grimace at the thought of some "special deal" that I get and no one else gets because I'm special in some sense. I don't mind being special but too often this "specialness" is transparent mass advertising. I often wonder how many others received the exact same advertisement . Logos isn't the only

  • L3 Starts Then Stops???

I just attempted to start up L3. I got the splash screen then it immediately disappeared. I then rebooted my machine and tried again with the same results. I've made no changes to my system and as recently as earlier this week the application was operating perfectly. Any ideas before I call Customer Service?

  • Re: SESB 4????
According to Mr. Hartmann's statement in the German SESB-forums, the German Bible Society is working on an update for SESB to Logos 4. There is no indication on when it will be finished and they are still discussing on what featueres exactly will be part of the update, so I guess we will have to wait quite a time for it. Anyhow

  • Re: Windows 7 x64 errror

Derek, Not sure why you're having problems. I'm running L3.0g on a 64bit sytem with Win 7 without any hitches. Do you know or can you identify what "file" the error message is refering to? Perhaps that's the start to running down your problem. But as I've said, I've been running the same configuration with no problems. Hope you get it resolved soon

  • SESB 4????

I can't see spending over $300 for SESB 3 if it's not fully compatible with L4. Is there any word of an upcoming update? Can we expect an SESB 4 in the near future?

I have the most difficult time with Greek participles! Is there a single text, workbook, chart, paradigm that one would recommend to clear the fog? Thanks!
Also only the Libronix 3 interface is shown. It should probably be updated to show how it works in L4.
Actually its full functionally is not possible in L4 and that's really frustrating. In my mnd it's still a L3 resource only! You have virtually no control over audio like you do in L3. The following controls are

  • Changes made to layouts are not incorporated to the layout images on toolbar

I had saved one of my layouts at the office, or at least I thought I had, but when I got home and called it up (via the layout image on my toolbar) the changes were evident. After some testing, I discovered that saving the layout doesn't transfer the new layout format to the layout image on the toolbar. Is this a bug? BTW, I discovered the new layout

  • Graphs -- The differences???

What's the difference between the Cascadia Syntax graphs and the Lexham Syntactic graphs? What application or use would lend itself to the use of one over the other. For those who have used both what is your preference and why? Thanks for any comments.

  • Re: Syntax Searches???
You may also want take a look at the old L3 training videos and try to duplicate those search exercises using L4. There are some differecnes in the way you select the sepcific criteria for the search in L4, but I found replicating those exercises to be a tremendous help in learning how to use this tool.
