installed windows 10 in a vm and installed logos there.
I don't think people in this thread is interested in VM. (Not that they might not did it, but it is trivial to do and nothing to discuss.) They are discussing about running Linux natively, including using WINE (which is a compatibility
I am a FL connect essentials subscriber. I received the February 1, 2019 email about the changes to the program beginning March 1. But I did not get an email in March with the information on the monthly coupon code for 25% off an order on Lexham Press . Nor did I get an email with the information on how to redeem three free ebooks
Here's more: https://www.logosmarchmadness.com/
The rules page says there are 64 commentaries and 32 Mobile Ed courses competing against each other. So, in the commentary bracket, it appears to be one commentary per book of the Bible.

  • Re: 2% Back
Logos is pretty generous with their giving away of credits (e.g. birthday, this 2%, but there are a few other occasions as well where they will give you a coupon).
Is the 2% back a "gift" or a benefit of a Connect subscription? I think it is the latter.

If you have an iPhone, there is a setting in the accessibility options that will enable Speak Screen. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Speech and enable it. Then, you swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers to enable it. I use it all the time at the gym. It works great.

The iPad Air was released in November, 2013. It is more than 5 years old. Perhaps the issues have to do in part to outdated hardware.
Is anyone else having trouble with the Logos IOS app performing sluggishly? It is slow to respond when I choose a passage or swipe a page. Almost useless to use when teaching or preaching because it responds so slowly. It is the ONLY app that i have on my iPad that responds in this way. I have installed and reinstalled multiple

This time around I purchased Standard Diamond and Anglican bronze. I'm toying with the idea of buying Pentacostal Bronze because my price is $65 and for that price I get the Life Application Bible Commentary. That retails at $199. Most of the rest of the stuff in the Pentacostal Bronze package is useless to me, but I probably won't be able to get that

  • Re: Surface Go and Logos

Daniel, I would strongly suggest that if you want a SG you opt for the 8GB RAM/128GB SSD model instead for a few reasons. First, you'll not have near to 64GB of storage on the base model. Out of the box, it will be somewhere in the 40s according to this article . That doesn't give much room. Second, the type of SSD in the base model is the much slower

  • Re: Logos 8 Silver worth the $319 to upgrade from 7 to 8?

Welcome to the forums, Adam. I'm assuming that for the price you quote, the upgrade doesn't include Logos feature upgrades, only additional resources to your library. So, the question is whether you want the new resources in that package that you currently do not have.
I have a few pieces of advice: 3) Use the Apple Refurbished Store. You get the same one-year warranty as a new one, and a couple hundred off the price. Most of my macs have been from the Apple Refurbished Store...never regretted it. https://www.apple.com/shop/refurbished
I can't recommend Apple refurbished computers

The issue with speed is likely due to the age of your computer. If you read the forums here, people will say that the single greatest thing you can do to increase the speed of Logos is install an SSD, if your computer supports it. (You don't say whether your computer is a desktop or laptop. Most desktop computers will accommodate an SSD but many laptops
