• Re: Logos 7 - What should it offer?

I'd like to see some increased functionality in Highlighting. For example, in my print Bible I'll often underline a phrase, verse, or passage with multiple colors to signify different things/thoughts/etc. Could the Borders and Lines section add say just one or two more lines below the text. If that could be done on the bottom I would think that could
Proclaim presentations should work fine on Kindle Fire HD devices if Location Services is turned on. Please see http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_terms_us?nodeId=201604200 .
Thank you, Kevin! I'll share that with those individuals. Have a blessed rest of the day!

  • Following Proclaim Service with a Kindle Fire HD

Hi! There are a few folks at our local church who have Kindle Fire's and have the Faithlife Study Bible app installed. However, they cannot follow our Proclaim service from within the app. One individual showed me in their app that they can see our Proclaim group but it shows 0 presentations even while we are live with a presentation. They have follow
You can do a long press on the taskbar in tablet mode to trigger a context menu. That menu will give you the option of adding a keyboard button to the taskbar in tablet mode.
thank you!

  • On screen keyboard in L6 on a Surface Pro 3 running tablet mode in Windows 10

Hi! For anyone with a Surface Pro 3 and running Windows 10, could you please let me know how to get the onscreen keyboard to pop up in L6 while in tablet mode? Is this possible? I can figure it out when not in tablet mode since the keyboard is on the task bar but I don't need the onscreen keyboard when attached to the physical keyboard. In tablet mode

  • Creating a New Layout from Scratch

I'm sure this is covered somewhere but I can't seem to find it with anything I'm searching on. What I'd like to figure out how to create a layout from scratch. I'd like to start with a clean slate/layout. I don't want any open Bibles, commentaries, Word studies, or any other open tabs. I want to add my own sections/tabs as I see fit without having to

  • Re: Hide Presentation
This is not possible at the moment. A possible workaround would be to create the presentation, back it up using the backup/restore feature , delete the presentation from your group, and then restore the presentation when you are ready to show the service. This would accomplish what you are trying to do.
Thanks

  • Hide Presentation

Is there a way to hide a presentation from the people in my Proclaim group? I'm the main administrator and I have a service presentation that I'm creating and editing that I'd like to hide from everyone until I go live "on air" with it. I'm using it to do a vision service and I'd prefer to not let the cat out of the bag so to speak until that service

  • Slide Dimensions

Hi! What are the dimensions in pixels (height and width) for a Proclaim slide? I'm testing out adding our own custom images to content slides. First, I can't seem to get our images to fill the entire background of a slide. It often leaves black edges to the left and right of it. I'm also playing with one image to not fill the entire slide height and
Can you reproduce this issue if PowerPoint is closed when Proclaim tries to navigate to the service item?
Good morning, Scott! Yes, I can reproduce the issue if PowerPoint is closed when Proclaim moves to that service item. It happens whether I have PowerPoint open or closed on my client machine.

  • Re: Content slides with bullets

Spencer that will certainly work. I can create a template service and be sure to not delete that so our content templates aren't deleted. Hopefully my team won't delete that template service :) You've been a great help today Spencer. Thank you and Lord bless!

  • Re: Content slides with bullets

Great! Thanks again Spencer! I have another question for you if you don't mind. Is there a way to create your own content templates? For example, I'd like a header towards the top of a slide and bullets in the body with different sizen fonts in the header and body. This template would have a set background. Thanks!

  • PowerPoint and Signals

I noticed that if I import a PowerPoint presentation doing "Convert to Images" and I had a Scripture reference on one of the PowerPoint slides that Proclaim automatically creates the signal. This is a very nice feature imho. But, is there a way to create signals on PowerPoint slides if I import a PowerPoint presentation and do Transfer control to PowerPoint

  • Content slides with bullets

Is there a way in Proclaim to have the bullet points on a slide show up on either a click of the mouse or presentation remote or a click/swipe on the Proclaim remote? The only way I seem to be able to do this is by creating two content slides and have point 1 on the first slide and point 1 and point 2 on the second slide. But, it doesn't look nice since

  • Surface Pro 3 i5 vs i7

If anyone has a Surface Pro 3, could you please tell me your opinion of it and how well Logos 6 runs on it? If you own an i5 version, does L6 run sufficiently for your needs? How fast is it? If you have an i7, how does L6 perform? if you have either version, please let me know if you are happy with both the SP3 and also with running L6 on it. I'm trying

  • Online and Offline Question

We currently only have DSL at our church with wireless access. Our DSL connection hasn't been overly reliable so I'm wondering if it's easy to switch say from online mode to offline mode in the middle of a service while using Proclaim. Thank you and Lord bless!
