This has been resolved as a few days ago, but forgot to comment here. Let me know if this happens again or if someone runs into a similar issue.

Sorry for the disruption on this. The key part about using the command z (control z) is where your focus is when inside of Proclaim. For example, if you accidentally deleted a slide, you'll want to make sure your focus is on the slide deck to the left then hit command z. Hope this information helps in the future and if you ever run into this again.

Thanks for the update. We'll have someone on our team pull in that sign feed on our testing machine and see what results we get.

Hey Josiah, Sorry for the issue you are running into. Any chance you can let us know what sign feed you are running that kicks you out randomly to the home page of your Fire Stick? I see a few on your presentation team. My guess, would it be the Venue sign feed with 77 slides?

Hey Lawrence, Sorry for the late reply, and for starters, can we grab your most recent mobile log files. If you are on IOS, selecting "send support info" will email your logs directly. We can check to see if we see any errors as well as if the app is on local wifi. Pulling down the screen is a great step and that rotating circle of dashes means it's

Hey Rev. Lawrence, We haven't seen any issues on our side. Can we try restarting it? It is possible, but it is hard to fully tell. What router and Wifi setup are you using?
-
Thanks for the update! Glad it is up and running.
-
Hey Connor, Is this USB box new? Have you checked your drivers and made sure they are updated? If this isn't a new USB box can we make sure we are using the same inputs as before.
-
Thanks for the report Mark -- We are currently investigating and we'll keep you updated.

Did you select to choose 'Prefer lyrics from Planning Center Online?' What steps are you taking when creating your service? Here is a video of the steps I am taking: https://www.loom.com/share/9f503bb3313d4a3fbafaab4b61a8c15b

Hey Mike, We have identified the problem on the development side. We just haven't quite finished the process on fixing this bug. It's on our plate and we can post back here once its been shipped. Apology for the delay Mike.

Feedback is always appreciated here Pastor Wynn. No sweat on the response as this is how we are able to build and look at what people are wanting. Appreciate the feedback and we'll keep note when the time comes on us developing this feature.

Hey guys, We want to implement this in the future and we have found a few ways. Right now, we truly support 4:3 and 16:9. However, we wrote up a guide on how you can use Proclaim in a double or even a triple wide environment. Here is the article and hope this helps. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007610992-How-to-Use-Proclaim-in

Our goal is to support a web version of Proclaim. This would allow you to edit on mobile if connected to your network. However, we are still in the early stages on discussing the best approach on solving this. Right now, very little development has been created on this process. We'll keep you updates and make sure to announce when this feature is published

I can't speak much on the device as we personally use iPads, but you'll want to consider your internet connection at your church when using the remote. Local WiFi works as well.
-
Hello River Oaks, Thanks for the log files, but can you let us know what the issue was and what time and day this was happening at? It'll better help us when viewing the log files.
-
Now I think about it. I believe you are looking for a blank line without a new slide? Essentially two paragraphs on one slide? If that is the case do control + enter to enable that.

Hey guys, I may not fully understand the problem either as inserting (--) creates a new blank page in my song I am testing with. The shift + enter works as well. Scott - are you able to try again using the format I have in my screenshot.
