    Hello Josiah, Our Sermons hosting platform displays your sermon text and notes, however it doesn't accommodate images being rendered in that section. You can however upload files to attach to your sermon, whether that be a audio/video recording or PPT file with your exported slides/sermon.

    Hello, Are these log files from the same computer? I'm not coming across the failed connection in the logs. Are you using a VPN or any sort atypical network setup? Anyways, it looks like your machine may be on the April 2018 version, and while compatible with Proclaim, updating your system may smooth things over. You could always try resetting your

    Will, That may be tricky, as Logos doesn't really have or support templates. The closest thing you could probably do is add the slide to your presentation, and then right-click on it and select "Save as image...". You can upload that into Logos to use as a background. Other formatting elements like the font family, color, size won't carry over.

    Take a look at the sign feed called "Imported .." and let me know if any of those slides are the ones you were looking for. If I need to go back further, let me know and I can do that! You won't be able to access the sign feed in Faithlife, so whatever slide you need I would copy over to your sign feed and then delete the imported sign feed after.

    That's a good point, if it's removed from the sign feed and not present in another location, I'm not sure if there is something in place to make it able to be recalled.     Thanks for those logs, I've received them! I do see a few crashes, and also some error messages related to a refused connection. That error message is a little bit confusing as it doesn't seem like the remote app is configured for local WiFi. Do you ever use that option?

    Also Nick, I did get the email for your remote app logs however the attachment containing the actual logs was missing. Can you try re-sending it once more? I'm not quite sure what happened with the email.

    I have an AMD card, though no where near as powerful a yours, and the video in your Tenebrae service doesn't look for me how the images you shared do. That's why I'd like to connect and fiddle around with some GPU settings. For instance, do you know if you have GPU scaling enabled?

    Hello Nathan, You have it down accurately. In Logos, you are able to see highlights and notes from the group's on Faithlife.com that you are a part of, as well as share your own with them.
