Hello Kevin, You are correct, at the moment the remote app does not support video playback. It's an improvement we would like to see, but we haven't quite gotten there yet.

Hello Brian, You can work around it by either blending in the text with the background, or even setting the font size to 1 and just dragging the containing text box slightly out of slide range. But we do now have a slide output option for Background only. So while you are live, you can go to Settings > Display, and switch the corresponding screen

Hello Bohuslav, This is the first I'm hearing about the Samsung DeX before, and it looks really interesting! Hello Kevin, Unfortunately there wouldn't be an easy way to add all 234 at once. You can hold down the control key (or command key on Mac) and multi-select the slides to add more than one at once. You won't be able to get all 234 though, it will cap you out at ~37.

Hello Kevin, I'm not sure if we have anything that automatically mutes videos, but I'll double-check with the developers. It seems like it remembers my last setting, so if someone muted a video while they were building the presentation or testing it out, it may have defaulted to the previous setting. But I'll ask the developers and see what the expectation

Hello Craig, Sorry for the frustration, these issues can be hard to narrow down. Have you tried fiddling with any settings in your control panel? You also said, "I even put a gaming graphics card in one of them". Did it not come with a discrete video card originally and you installed it after?

Hello Colin, I don't know if we have a specified dimension released yet. Try using 1280x250 as a minimum and let me know how it works out. I think if you go too much larger, it may prompt you to crop the picture.

Hello Phil, That's currently not possible in the remote app, but we do want to improve the functionality of the remote app to allow cool things like this to occur, so we definitely envision different features down the road. The error message being returned is Permission Denied, indicating either wrong login credentials or the account isn't currently active

Hello, can I have you go into your "Sounds" setting, select "Recording" tab, then right-click on your recording device and select "Properties". Let me know what the default format is under the "Advanced" tab, and also let me know if you have it marked for "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".
