Hello, Currently that isn't possible, as the notes display is a separate output. Would you be able to configure an additional small monitor nearby, or perhaps look into using the Proclaim remote app? You can follow along with a presentation, and view the notes from the remote app. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007374671-Proclaim

That may be possible, can you send us a screenshot? Alternatively, shoot me an email to support@faithlife.com with some times where you will be free and around the computer, and I can give you a phone call and we can go through it together.
-
Sorry the issue came up again for you Graham. Could you send another set of log files for us to compare?

Hello Mandy, This seems more like an 'Unauthorized' error {"advice":"Token validation failed. The user does not have access to the requested resources.","problem":"token_revoked"} Is this SongSelect account linked to a Church organization with CCLI?

Brendon is right, there are limitations for multi-editing slides, and the actual text content is one of those limitations. I'm not sure if it will save you time, but you could look and see if creating a Smart Media template saves you any time. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007374151-How-do-I-create-my-own-Smart-Media-templates-

I wouldn't suspect authentication to fail through the embedded web browser. Is it returning an error message, or just saying your login is invalid?
-
Hello John, You should be able to multi-select slides and apply changes to all of them. This will only work if all the slides are of the same slide type, such as Content, Bible, Announcement, etc. If you are on a Windows, just hold down the control key while selecting the slides. On a Mac, you'll use the command key.

Graham is right. If you ever need to locate a help board, you can always go to https://www.faithlife.com and use the search function to locate it. Sorry you had trouble reaching us for assistance, did you dial 888-634-2038?

You're right, that would be a helpful reminder, it often comes up as a point of confusion. I'll pass that forward to the developers!
-
Hello John, At the moment, breaking up the verses is the only way to enter them in. You can always use the Enter key to enter an additional separate verse within the same OSB slide, and the appropriate verse number will be displayed with it. There is no ability to customize the OSB aside from the already available styles and colors, however you could

Hello Mike, Was the presentation currently On Air when you were looking at that option? Most of the options in the Settings menu become unavailable once the On Air button is activated.
-
Hello John, It is currently set to refresh and re-sync your external calendars every hour.

Hello Nick, I don't have an answer for you at the moment, but I appreciate the log files. We suspect something may be happening here and we're still looking into it and will update you once we have an idea of what's causing this. Sorry for the trouble!
-
Not at the moment Nick, if we get into that development it will be much further out, so I would look into other setup options if you're hoping to get this up and running.
-
I'll pass the forward as a suggestion! But at the moment, this can only be done if you found a web host to render and display the RSS feed, and you entered in that in on a web page slide in Proclaim.
-
Did the message linger for more than few minutes? Also, do you have your remote app configured for local Wi-Fi? If not, can I have you try giving this setup a try? https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007375871-Proclaim-Local-Wi-Fi-Remote

I can't think of a way to do that at the moment, unless you had some web URL to render and display it. Are you looking for it more as something like a widget that you can add along the border? I don't think this has been suggested before, however that is a super cool idea. I'll definitely pass it along for you.

Hello David, At the moment, the media items you see in Proclaim are not going to be 1-for-1 the media items that are available in Logos, and vice versa. You can always download the image from Proclaim (just add it as a slide, and then right-click > save as image), and then upload that into Logos to use.
-
Hello Kolen, Thanks for sharing some feedback, I'll pass it forward to the Sites development team!

Hello Alex, Sorry for the late reply here, we missed this post. If you jump back into the cues it will begin recording again. Anything between the cues will always be captured. Theoretically you can have multiple start and stop cues throughout to record certain sections if your worship service required it.
