• Adult SS Lesson 2019 4th Quarter

The SS lesson for the fourth quarter in 2019 is available for downloading in the Adult Bible Study Guide (Seventh-day Adventist) Faithlife group. Timothy D Lee has had the excellent idea of tagging the non-teachers version as a devotional and is asking if there is any in his putting it on the site as a download. If anyone is interested in using it then

  • Moving "No Notebook" highlights into a Notebook.

If highlights have been created with Notebook set to No Notebook, is it possible to move them into a Notebook? I can't see how - I hope I am just looking in the wrong place.

KS4J If the PBs have previously been uploaded, when the compiled file is synced over to other computers, does the uploaded version automatically overwrite the synched version?

Thanks so much Kevin and Dave. A tentative click on a different notebook name and . . . back to normal. So simple to cure but the problem mystified me. One happy highlighter.
NB It is possible to delete a notebook and for it not to be removed from the palette, but to no longer show in the visual filters, thereby preventing any highlight selected from that palette from showing.
Interesting. Wouldn't that also stop that palette showing highlights when the highlight was inserted from my mobile phone

Thanks very much for the thoughts. I am fairly certain that it has nothing to do with 8.7. I used solid and emphasis almost exclusively until about a year ago and it is these two that have stopped working on the PC. I can have the same book open on my phone and the PC at the same time and highlighting with the same colour on both so it is not the visual

  • I can't highlight with Solid colors or Highlighter Pens.

I have been using Emphasis Markup for ages now and while playing with the new 8.7 facilities on my PC I discovered that if I use Solid Colours or Highlighter Pens neither work however I try to highlight. Nothing to do with 8.7 I am sure. Logos knows It has not highlighted as I don't get the option to Remove Annotation. They do work in my Android App

Everyone else on Logos seems to be an expert on the subject of Textual Criticism, (!) yet as far as I am aware, Logos does no courses on Textual Criticism or I would have bought them. The books I have bought from Logos are good as far as they go but they don't go far enough for me. Hence I was delighted to find an extremely accessible free audio course

One thing that KJ only fans may not always appreciate is the full 12 or 13 page introduction by the translators which is seldom in modern translations but is in the Cambridge (including the Logos version). It is a essential read to be able to appreciate see the mindset (and humour?) of the translators. Such as :- "Now to the latter we answer, that we
