• Re: Shoutout to the Ministry Team Magazine!

i hope that Faithlife have learned a lesson that digital is preferred by many people - especially those living abroad. It is nice holding a real paper mag but far more practical using an electronic one for a growing part of the community.

My understanding is that it is only the following that require an active internet link. Specific types of search that can put a too great load on a normal domestic computers resources, Activities where the internet is an essential and obvious part of the action, and activities where access is required to a huge (in number of gigabytes) range of resources

That looks good from my much more limited contacts. I will file it. We appeared to become black-listed after a couple of studies while in our previous house - we would still get the door knockers but although we agreed to be visited, the invitation was never followed up!
ust to be clear, this thread seems to have gotten off into a general request for the NIV84 and BAGD. Again, that is great, but my original suggestion provides a possible solution to all similar situations where the publisher only stands to gain. Please consider the actual first post, and don't just have your team call and
The choice of unit carries with it an implied precision. IMHO, 22 months is well within the range of what a typical reader would understand as a “two year release cycle”. 2014, 2016, 2018 is “every two years”, regardless of the specific day of the year.
Thanks Brad. • Interesting postal charges for Fragments of Truth

If you are based in Britain - or in fact Europe as a whole - don't even think of buying the DVD for Fragments of truth unless you are really really keen. By the time all extra costs are paid (import duties and customs handling charges) are paid your costs could be over £100 for the DVD alone.

Seriously there must be a better way of finding it rather than me saving it as a favourite in Logos itself. I am sure that FL will put a link to the connect pages in a short time once they have got the pages themselves as they want them.

But short of un-installing the operating system, uninstalling and re- installing most programs together with associated sub-programs normally only takes minutes. Uninstalling and re-installing logos with the library takes many many hours with a mediocre internet. And if you are in an area with no internet . . . I am with Mike and Lew especially bearing

You will find much of M LK Andreasen's work available as Personal Books, ready to be downloaded and compiled into Logos, in the SDA Faithlife Group. Go to and go to documents and comb through the contents. I am sorry but I cannot help you with Taylor Bunch books

Funnily enough I was not really wanting any sizable purchases for the next month or so but could not have been happier with this months free and cheap "book" etc. Got somethings that I was wanting at a cheap price with no pressure top buy something that I really could not afford.
