did it previously compile without the errors? or is this a new PB? if you're allowed/happy to post in files will have a look, was source web? may be a css hangover
On both. In fact it appears on almost all PB that I compile now. I also just shrug my shoulders as long as it compiles!! I appreciate the thought of css but
One workaround I tested today was a replace all in Word of " ^p " with " ^p " (i.e. every paragraph mark will be replaced by space/blank plus the same paragraph mark - don't type the quote marks). This should not break any formatting and I don't see any issues with footnotes - otherwise please post a document that won't compile
In the UK, you just go to Manage Devices and Settings , and change the country. You need a full address, but they never check that you really live there.
Every day is a learning day! VERY useful Mark. I have yet to work out why I am referred back to UK Kindle site for ebooks and yet with paper versions I always seem

Alabama, I have spent some time following up the definitions of plagiarism. It appears to be intimately linked to the verb to steal which in turn has the implication of deliberately and knowingly depriving something permanently. Hence there is no such thing as accidentally or unknowingly stealing something from someone. I don't know about the USA, but

Celebrations would seem to be premature. A large number awaiting me this morning.

Thanks Ben for a very informative post.

OK, thanks Mark. I can't win them all!!

You would have a sale from me whereas I could never afford it at its usual price. I am not commenting on its worth, just that I cannot afford it.
These are both the same. Nathan, your link referenced the latest magazine which has been very helpful on the topic of Millennials
Thanks for the comment Mark - I just found it very informative!
In this specific case the publisher has in fact tracked down the plagiarism, made a point of disclosing it to the scholarly community, and withdrawn the book. It doesn't seem like the right answer to say that scholarly community can carry on as usual, citing the commentary just as if this had never happened.
FL made it clear

A surprise that I had 30 mins ago is a variation on this theme. I had a compile that refused to compile which also had this as an error [Error] Article 'A_VOLUMEPAGE1530' has no content; articles cannot be empty. It turned out that I had an line whose sole entry was "[[@VolumePage:1,530]]" and it had been accidentally formatted with a header format
In order to obtain some benefit, credit, or gain which need not be monetary [21]
Clearly this implies a deliberate intent and is not not accidental..
But keep checking back each day, because we have some great Vyrso Ebooks coming up soon!
Thanks for coming back to us on this one. The Faithlife page now has its own permanent tab on my browser to reduce the chances of missing it.

Sorry D.O.C What are you going to lose IF that happened?? The only one who could lose would be Logos not you. As soon as you realise that it had happened, either change your password and they have no further access or if they have locked you out ring up Logos and after verifying it is you they would change your password for you and again lock them out

Great!!!
Not all cultures have that thread woven into their culture. There may not be one best way for every situation.
Absolutely correct. Also to think that the same culture exists with different sub groups within in the same country (USA and UK included) AND within the same ethnic group is also a big mistake.

There is a difference between careful and being paranoid. The trick is to attempt to divine the difference.
I'm in UK, and just looked through my current credit card receipts. Almost all have only the final four digits shown, but I have one that shows the first six, plus final four - leaving only six digits missing. That was from a major tyre fitter here. I also believe I recall seeing a receipt in the past that had only 4 digits masked

thanks. It is a fascinating piece.
