Hi Gary, I echo what others have said on here, and I wanted to chime in on alleviating some of your frustrations: 1. You always own your existing “Silver” package, no matter what. It is mainly a collection of books (plus the feature sets). It is not a status that you lose with any Logos upgrade. 2. You can actually upgrade to the Logos engine

Going through the library comparison list again tonight (I have to do these in batches when time permits). These I’m not easily seeing in my Wordsearch imported list. Some of these are likely false positives, and some of these I’m sure I owned in Logos prior to the Wordsearch acquisition, but I’m just listing them here to make sure

Got it. I’ve successfully mapped backups and Wordsearch docs to the Home directory on my Mac. I’m all set. Thanks again everyone!
Hi Nathan Open a new folder on your Mac then drag the appropriate contents from your document folder to it. You will probably get a warning that you are removing the contents from the cloud.
I did that but how do I tell Wordsearch to grab documents and save backups to the new folders?

  • Re-Map Documents and Backups Folder Mac

I have Wordsearch for Mac successfully running on my old iMac running macOS High Sierra, and I have disabled the Internet features so I can run Wordsearch for Mac exclusively in offline mode on a legacy system in case I need to grab something critical from it that doesn't transition smoothly to Logos. However, my Wordsearch Documents and Backups folder

The ones you hyperlinked to Logos.com , I do own. Thanks for those. Thanks for ones you tagged as missing and wrong. My copy of Upon This Rock must have been Lifeway only. I may pick it up in Logos. I’ll comb through the list and post more. Has anyone seen any mismatches with other Complete Biblical Library, EGGNT, POSB, or TOSB titles? Those

I’m manually going through my lists to find mismatches. Here’s what I have so far. Some of these may still be “false positives” since it can be difficult to compare Wordsearch and Logos’ lists, but here’s the first batch to weed through: Complete Biblical Library Greek Grammar Index Scofield's Topics Polity Finney

  • Pleased with Logos 9

Super pleased with Logos 9 so far. It has a good amount of new features without being overwhelming. Since I have Connect, I was able to easily "upgrade" to Logos 9 without any issues (I redownloaded Logos 9 fresh since I "might" have been on an L9 beta version before today, although I can't say for sure). :-) The base packages have some great books

I wish Faithlife would ditch the multi-shade logos and pick one shade of green (for FL logos) and one shade of blue (for the Logos logo) since it’s literally causing vision issues with me.

I tested on iOS/iPadOS 14. The app launches, but I can’t read any content (even Lifeway books). Lifeway Support should probably be notified. Long-term, I wish Faithlife would acquire the Lifeway eBooks as well and fold them into Logos so Lifeway can shut down their eBook reader and focus exclusively on publishing.

I’ve been looking over the “My Library List” I generated from within my copy of Wordsearch, plus the list of books from my Wordsearch migration to Logos to report mismatches. The problem is the book naming conventions are different from what Wordsearch lists and what Logos lists. I have a spreadsheet of the mismatches, but there are
