Thanks for the report. I'll take a look into the scrolling issue. When the clipboard is not empty and a paste is possible, a paste icon should be visible in a menu at the top (along with select all, cut, and copy). What device are you using? What is your app version?

Yes, notes in the new system need to be synced back to the device, which can take some time depending on the internet connection and the number of notes/highlights. It is worth noting that notes attached to references are only visible for downloaded resources. This will be fixed in a follow-up release.

Are the notes not showing up in the text, in the list of notes, or both? Are some notes present but not others?
