Cain and Abel were born at the same time, as is evidenced by the fact that they brought their offerings to the Lord at the same time. Satan seduced Eve and Eve carried Cain and at the same time she had relations with Adam and carried Abel. God created men and women on the sixth day. After that He rested. After that He decided to make a farmer. The people
It doesn't seem to be editable or maintained. A correction was sent in over two years ago about Hosea's children.
Thank you for that information. I'll use perhaps Visio or some other software to make my charts then. Too bad Logos has chosen to make this set in stone and in my opinion, incorrect.

  • Is Biblical People editable?

I was wondering if the Biblical People function of Logos 4 Windows is something that I can edit. I am not in agreement with some of the choices that Logos has made for us and I'd like to modify mine if it is possible. Thank you

It warms my heart every time that I'm reminded in the Word how that false teachers will be rewarded. Those that cast a stumblingblock so that people looking for truth cannot find it are going to be wishing for a lot more than mountains to fall on them before it's over. This reminds me of the false teachers that teach that the earth is only 6,000 years

Why don't you look up references to the word "whirlwind" in the KJV and see what you find. In the book of Ezekiel, you will find that it is made of polished bronze. I believe that when God comes here alone, He just shows up, but when He brings his throne and entourage, for lack of a better word, they travel in style. I also believe that the fallen angels

Ok, I found the selection option. Why is is that when in the NT I was getting Selection and in the OT I was getting Reference? I was not changing any setting when moving from one testament to the other in the software. BTW, thanks.

Now try the NT - you will get different results.

Owell, Thanks to everyone for not reading my initial post wherein I explained that if you include a superscript verse number in the O.T, that it will allow you to copy. You do not have to have a verse number highlighted in the N.T. I want to copy single verses with no verse numbers. It is broken. You MUST include a verse number in the highlighted text

Try capturing WITHOUT any verse numbers.

  • Re: Authorized Version Cut & Paste Anomaly

In the example that you screen captured, you have the superscript verse number for verse 5 of Esther chapter 9. Try highlighting a verse without any verse number, such as JUST the text of verse 4 without the verse number, and see what you get.
Make sure your selector (right hand side) is on "Selection" rather than "Reference", think that may be the issue..
I have the AV open and without changing anything between accessing the O.T. and then N.T. or the other way around, I have the problem in the OT and not in the NT. This on the Mac as well. • Authorized Version Cut & Paste Anomaly

Hi there, On both my Mac and on my PC version of Logos 4 I make heavy use of the Authorized (KJV) Version in my studies. The support info for this work is: LLS:1.0.32009-10-29T18:36:44ZKJV.logos4 If I go to copy the text of a verse by highlighting the verse text in the New Testament I can just highlight the text and then right-click with the mouse to

  • Exporting KJV text *with* italics

Hi, I'm using Logos 4 to prepare some Bible studies using the KJV as a base and I need to export or copy and paste the text of the KJV while keeping the italicized words italicized. Thus far, I have not been able to come up with a remedy for this. I'm using a fully patched version of Logos and Word 2010. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance

Thank you all for checking this out. I just reported it as a typo in the facility in the software for typo reporting. Thank Father that I have the original 4 volume Smith's here in hardback in my library.

  • Problem with Smith's Bible Dictionary Font Display

Hi, on both of my PC installs of Logos 4 I see this string of boxes in the Laodicea entry in the Smith's Bible Dictionary. Would someone else that has the Smith's please check theirs and let me know if perhaps there is an anomaly in the Smiths that I need to report to Logos? Thanks!
