My Logos 8.0.0 is crashing all the time. Terribly unstable. I could not report the problem through the app because it crashed. My iPad is running on iOS 12.1. Is there anything I should on my side to resolve this issue?

This great idea has just been implemented. It works well with English and Greek, but not with Hebrew. If you click, for example, on WAYYOMER, all words prefixed with WAW get marked. And this also happens with words prefixed by prepositions (all words with that specific preposition are highlighted, not only the lemma). I hope the developers of this greate

The command to "replace with passage”, if Logos is closed, now opens Logos. Hope this will be fixed soon.

Yes. I have the same problem. I hope this will be fixed soon since I use this feature a lot.

I'm having the same problem. Hope this will be fixed soon.
-
Thanks. I have just found it there.

I'm having the same problem. I called technical support and was told that the Replace with Passage feature is not something that FL guarantees. It is a kind of bonus feature. I'm a bit disappointed of course because I use this feature a lot. So FL will turn this into an official feature of Logos and new updates won’t break it again.

Since Logos 6.3 the Insertion utilitiy that allows me to copy a Bible Verse directly on to my word processor no longer works (This is for Mac only). That is, by typing the Bible reference (on the word processor, WORD, Nisus, Scrivener, etc,), highlighting it, and then pressing Cmd + Shift + E the Bible passage should be inserted into the text. I have

That’s a very good suggestion. Thanks.

I know it is the wrong syntax; it was just for the sake of illustration. That is, to find a particular Bible reference in ancient sources, Gen 1:1, for example. Since Literary Typing and Culture work very well with section search, I thought there might be something like that in ancient sources. Something like {Section } (This is just an illustration

Yes. I know I can do it that way. I was just wondering if there is way of doing a direct search. Any way, since this does not seem to be possible, I’ll keeping using the passage guide or may create a collection with the appropriate resources.

Thanks for your reply.

Is it possible to do Milestone Search with Ancient Literature? Something like {Milestone }, for example; or a section search.
-
Thanks for your fast reply. Unfortunately this makes milestone searches for QSM useless. I hope Logos will take care of this in the future so that QSM sections will be searcheable. The Talmud, for example, allows milestone searches for entire sections, not just the headings as is the case with QSM.
-
I have tried to use Milestone Search with Qumran Sectarian Manuscripts but it searches only the headings, not the body text. This is how I’m doing it. law WITHIN {Milestone } It gives 0 results since law does not occur in the headings. However if I type a word occurring in a heading I will get the expected hits. Any idea how this search should be contructed

Thanks. I’m glad to know that. I’ll be looking forward to it, since it has become almost impossible to use the Hebrew Bible in sync with other resources.

I’m having the same problem. I have the latest and most powerful Macbook pro and Logos 6 is running terribly slow. Hope developers will address this issue soon.
