Actually I’m not sure, I get the TestFlight email updates and run them. Yesterday was version 8.3.1. Nothing on it indicated Beta.

last night I updated This morning the app will not open on my iPad. It crashes each time. I updated my iOS as well as rebooted the iPad.

I've been using the Testflight since its inception and am up to date. For the last week or so the highlighting feature is not working. I can select the text area and select the highlighter, but it doesn't "take." I'm using a 2007 iPad.

Thanks, it now opened and for now is working. I did nothing different. I had already rebooted the system about 6 times and this time Logos opened. I have not had a problem with Logos in years so terms like "logs" and "enabling logging" are terms I have not heard in about 8 or 9 years and so am not familiar with them. I rarely get on the forums. Sorry, I'm dense and you are cryptic. I looked at your signature line and saw nothing which indicated its useful. Frankly I'm pretty basic, spell it out or find some one else. I'm on a time crunch, Logos isn't working, I am busy on a trip all day the next three days and you are not helping.

I still do not know how to enable logging. Or what else to do.
-
How do I enable logging?

I'm out of town traveling. I just now got online. Logos will not open at all now. The synchronizing window just has a happy time spinning and spinning. It is totally unresponsive to clicking on the exit now button. Any suggestions would be helpful. However, I'm leaving my room soon and will not be back for about 4 hours.

Using 7.8.0 on my MacBook Pro. All OS are fully updated. Just updated Logos over the weekend, but this is the first time to use it. When I right click on a word the tip window opens, but it is blank and never populates.

For clarity: I have the same problem with the spacing and really do not care for this spacing, it is both functionally cumbersome and visually unappealing. The option to expand or compress sounds like a great option.

I have the same problem, using MacBookPro with current OS.

Thanks for all of your help Martin, and Keep Smiling 4 Jesus:)!!!!! All has been restored and seemed to be functional. Thank you so much!!!

Sorry, I was at a lunch meeting that lasted much longer than I anticipated. I am now once again available until 6 pm

I'm on the West Coast, pacific time. I will be tied up from 1-2:30, but available the rest of the time until about 6 pm

Martin, I'm not sure this is getting us anywhere. I pasted the command from several posts back, the one beginning with "sudo" and when the Terminal asked for the password I typed it in and it did not accept it. Perhaps there is a way for you to take control of my computer and see for yourself what is going on? Maybe that will save time. Here is a picture
-
I attempted to put in my Logos password and my Mac password and neither worked.
-
Martin, ok, the Terminal stated Macintosh:Logos4 rldeanjr$ Macintosh:Logos4 rldeanjr$ sudo chown -R rldeanjr ~/Library/Application\ Support/Logos4 WARNING: Improper use of the sudo command could lead to data loss or the deletion of important system files. Please double-check your typing when using sudo. Type "man sudo" for more information. To proceed
