• Community Pricing: Compendium of Christian Theology, 2nd ed., by William Burt Pope (3 Vols.)

Compendium of Christian Theology , 2nd ed., by William Burt Pope (3 Vols.) is close to getting enough bids to go into production. Currently, it looks like it will go for $10, but that price can be driven lower if more people bid! Wayne Grudem describes the work as "one of the greatest systematic theologies written from a Wesleyan or Arminian perspective

Think community pricing is overrated? George Muller will be Pre-Pubbing at $79.95 and selling for $129.99. Community pricing bidders...15 bucks.
Yep. I got in on that one too.
I also would like more community pricing. I currently have a bid on everything offered through Community

  • Re: Logos and the piracy battle.

I doubt if piracy is that big a problem for Logos. People that want the type of books sold by Logos don't tend to be priates. Of course, I did have a Bible stolen once, so I might be wrong.
It would be great if Logos would publish the 3 volumn set of "Readings in Christian Theology" that accompany Erickson.
I agree!

The price is getting real close to $15. I suspect that the regular price will be about $99 after it is published. http://www.logos.com/communitypricing/details/5683

Hopefully it works.
The price is heading down and we still have a few more days for it to drop. The Müller Collection looks like it will be an excellent source

It looks like the collection has succeeded in gathering enough interest to go into production. The community bidding is currently at $18 for all 12 volumes. The bidding will close on Friday 4/2/2010 at Noon Pacific Time according to the web page: http://www.logos.com/communitypricing/details/5683 There is still time for people to drive the price even

I have a friend who has over 30,000 physical books in his personal library. The last time he moved he had to spend a lot of money just to strengthen the foundation of his house in order to support the weight. He was very proud that his books weighted so much. My point is that this sin is much worst with physical books that with digital books. It’s hard

  • George Müller Collection (12 Vols.)

This is a good time to bid on the George Müller Collection (12 Vols.) in the Community Pricing area. It has almost reached 100% of the level needed to go into production. It looks like the community price will only $18 for the entire collection. That is only $1.50 per volume. If more people bid the price could even go lower! You can find it at: http
