  • Re: Scrolling sermon document from a touch screen

Thank you for your reply. However, under mouse and other pointing devices, I do not have a Touchpad entry. I am using a Microsoft Surface Book and a Microsoft Surface Go.

This would be a good thing to have posted. How does one contact Microsoft?? Is this for Windows 10?? Do we go to Device manager and update a trackpad driver?? Do we call Microsoft?? If so, what number? Please pass along this information. Was the update successful? Does it work like all other applications now? Thanks in advance for sharing the information

I'm getting the same result with my surface. Logos needs work on touch screens. Perhaps in the next version?

  • Re: Logos 8 (full) on Microsoft Surface Go

Thanks, David, that's a great thread. It just confirms my experience that the search on this forum is worthless. I searched a direct match "Surface Go" and it's in the title of that thread, yet it doesn't show up in a search. Oh well, the program works really well and that's what counts. Phil

  • Logos 8 (full) on Microsoft Surface Go

Greetings, Has anyone tried loading and running the full application on one of the new Microsoft Surface Go Tablets? I'd love to know what the performance feels like before I ditch my ipad and go full windows. Regards, Phil

  • Scrolling with touch screen

Something seems to be wrong with scrolling when using a touchscreen. Scrolling with all other apps is smooth, sensitive and responsive. When reading in Logos scrolling is not sensitive, it is hard and kludgy. There certainly must something to adjust this. Does anyone know? Most of the time I use a Microsoft Surface Book. Thanks, Phil

  • Re: Recent additions.

Now this makes perfect sense, but my details view does not display that field. Which logically leads me to conclude, that I can control what shows up in the details view. Now to find that so I can sort on the field. I'll check around, unless you know Thanks, Phil

  • Short Title

I see that on the information page it is possible to add a custom short title What are folks using this for? What was it designed to do? Please give me some examples of how you are using it. Thanks, Phil Theis

  • Remove others highlighting

Search seems to be down. Is it possible to remove the light gray line that indicates that others have highlighted a portion of text in all of the resources? Must be possible to withhold this, but can't seem to find how. Thanks, Phil Theis

  • Library lookup window

Clicking on the library icon opens a nice window to begin finding resources. That window can be resized to accommodate lots of information When Logos is restarted that window goes back to it's original small size. Is there a way to keep a resized window for the next time Logos is started? Thanks, Phil

  • Re: Library

So my thinking was more like; "do I have this book" Perhaps if I know the author I could search; author: "Robertson" Would that work? Or; title: "A Grammar of the Greek New Testament" Thanks, Phil
