• SUGGESTION: Additional "Copy Citations" option

Hi, I like copying citations when copying text to another program (e.g. Word), but don't need them as much within Logos notes since it has other robust linking capabilities. At the moment I just turn "Copy Citations" on and off as needed, which is no big deal. However, what would be really cool, if it wasn't too much trouble, would be to have another
This is by design. Pasted text retains source formatting by default, including font face and size. Pasted plain text should respect your destination formatting. On Windows, you can paste-as-plain-text with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+V. • Logos ignores Windows printer preferences

Hi All, I've searched for this same problem/solution without any success, so hoping you can help. I am using Logos 8.11.0.0017 on Windows 10 home. My default printer is set (in Window printer settings) to print B&W, double-sided, stapled. Other programs (e.g. MS Word) respect these preferences. However, when I print from Logos it ignores these preferences

Same problem in sermon editor using Logos 8.9.0.0030 on Windows 10. Cursor is visible on the laptop screen, but when I shift the window to my external (larger) monitor the cursor disappears. Most frustrating.
Even better, just click on All > in the Notes tool, or select another Notebook.
Thanks Dave, that works too. Either way, it's an extra step which, I suggest, is unnecessary. Better if Logos updates the tab title automatically.

Update: the tab title is also refreshed by simply closing and re-opening the layout. It is not necessary to close the Logos application.

  • Bug: Notes tab title does not update when renaming Notebook

I am using Logos 8.7.0.0042 on Windows 10 Home. However I noticed this happening in previous versions of Logos 8. Workflow resulting in issue When preparing a sermon I use the following workflow: 1) I duplicate a "template" Notebook on documents.logos.com. 2) In Logos/Notes I search for the duplicated Notebook and then rename it to reflect the text

  • Prioritized commentary not showing in passage guide?

Hi All, I have searched for a solution in the wiki without success, so I am hoping you might know the answer to my problem. When I prepare a sermon, I start with the passage guide. The first section displays my favorite commentaries as shown: For some reason, however, it doesn't doesn't display my preferred series, Concordia Commentary, even though

  • Re: Am I missing something?

Hi MJ, Thanks for your suggestion. If I have understood you correctly: no, filtering doesn't help. This appears to be because the my exegetical notes are not tagged/anchored to the Bible reference. I could do that from now on (and may), but it doesn't help me with my 8000 other notes which have been "linked" using the old notes system. What I really

  • Am I missing something?

Hi All, I am not going to whine about how Logos has broken Notes: things change and I can live with that . However, I am struggling to understand the new thought processes behind the new Notes, and would appreciate some education (I have looked at the videos, but I'm still not "getting" it). My workflow (adapted from how I used L7) up until now has
