    Please put sample pages onto each book page for all the books installed yesterday and today. I looked at six book pages, as a sampling of the above. None had sample pages. I resist buying a book sans a sample of the author's writing style. There SB a procedure to look up, and a template to follow that includes a work through of all data needed to produce
