Update on the sync error post: still exhibiting the strange arrow movement, but A20 is syncing - however, it always ends with a sync error symbol. (an error occurred during synchronization, click to try again) LG

A20 for some reason is repeatedly unable to sync. Previous A19 would sync, as also my current PC 4.0c .9511 version on my PC. Tried restarting A20; having both PC and Mac versions running simultaneously; one at a time; internet on/off; etc. Same results no matter what I tried to resolve this issue. I notice on A20 the sync arrows move as normal for

Tom, thank you for the directions regarding screenshots. Here is a screenshot. Also tried adding more resources then selected each tab; but, I'm sad to say, scrolling did not function.
