• Re: PBB Help: Consistent Outline Display

Rosie, Using the 8081.Sample.docx I highlighted points 1 & 2 that were displayed correctly and then clicked on the style "heading 4" and updated it to match the selection. Then I applied it to the points 1 & 2 that weren't displayed correctly, and it fixed it. I'm not sure if that makes sense. It seems like there was a difference between the two formats

Hi Rosie, Thanks for your help. The outline is displayed well when I import it as-is, but when I try to add "heading" styles (to make it easier to navigate in L4) the numbering disappears in Logos. The sample had both in there, as you noticed. I'll keep playing around with it. If I have the time and can find an efficient way to do it, I think the manual

  • PBB Help: Consistent Outline Display

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. I'd like to make PBB documents of some of my old class notes, but have encountered difficulty getting it to display correctly. I've uploaded a sample for you to see for yourself. In the docx, the outline is very clear (I, II, A, B, etc.) but this does not display consistently in Logos after I compile

Isn't that the same? The resulting collection has an equal number of resources

  • Re: March Madness Sale

It isn't the only way, or maybe even the best way, but this is what I used: www.logos.com/products/search?q=blomberg&unlocked=no Replace "blomberg" with any author, and it will give you the resources that you don't yet have. Not all of them are on sale, and there are some extra results too, but it is a start. Cross check the resources you don't own

  • Re: New Screen on Startup?

Do you use multiple computers? If you added notes/highlights/etc. in another instance of Logos then the program will take time to download/sync them before opening.

  • Re: PB's - what's behind this-?

It is fairly well known that other PBBs don't sync, so I don't think they needed a thread. If it isn't compiled on a machine it won't show up in the library, so using a saved layout is the only way to get the error message I believe.

Wow, strong words. I've actually found some good deals, and I'm a pretty picky/stingy shopper.

Seems like the website is down for me, and for the first time, I cannot log into Logos 4 with my account info. Probably the company is aware of it, but just in case.

Looks like a typo. Did you see the price anywhere besides the email (e.g. product page, confirmation, etc.)?

  • Re: John Stott Anthology

I'd like to suggest Stott's "Through the Bible, Through the Year" devotional. Since it would fall within this collection/anthology, I'll add it to this thread and give it a bump :) Or, maybe it could be added as a Vyrso book. I know there is a Kindle version out already.

  • CP Princeton Theological Review: Bid Low!

Princeton Theological Review Currently the projected price is $225 but there isn't a peak on the graph. If everyone bids $50 or around there while the CP is still new, we can quickly have a new, low projected price. If you're wondering what will happen if the projected price stays high, just look at the Classic Commentaries on Revelation , which have
Logos has said that they do not intend to duplicate resources… they would be in one or the other. They do not intend to have two editions.
Thanks Alabama. I'll go ahead and buy the Vyrso. Just didn't want to have buyers remorse if a full Logos version came out. I know it isn't official, but still helpful.

  • John Piper Resources

I own the John Piper collection in Logos, and noticed a number of new Piper books available on Vyrso. Can I expect this to be the final and only version that Logos will produce? In other words, can I safely buy the Vyrso edition knowing that there is no "better" or "fully tagged" Logos version that might be released later? Maybe someone from Logos can

It took 25 seconds to sign in, sync, and open to my blank layout. Not bad at all. I credit my SSD. I'm currently indexing a small resource download, but a full

How often do you use the NIGTC that comes with Platinum? If you don't use it at all, you probably don't need the exegetical summaries. If you do, then you might consider whether you need Do you need another commentary, or something quick that will list the "options". The SIL Exegetical Summary series is helpful, but primarily as an original language
