    We sent out the coupon codes this morning, but we're aware of an issue where come people aren't receiving the correct coupon amount. We're looking into it now and will follow up with you via email if you were affected. I'd suggest that you hang tight and not spend it quite yet. We should have a fix later today.

    Hi all, This was an oversight—we meant to add the dates to the page that you linked but it didn't make it there. I'm updating it now. The earning period is November 1 at 12:00 AM (PT) through November 18 at 8:59 AM (PT) . The coupons can be spent from December 3rd at 12:00 AM (PT) through December 31st, 2019 at 11:59 PM (PT). Hope this helps.
