  • Clippings Quickly

I love the clippings feature. It lets me gather the information I need in sermon prep quickly. I'd like to see a hotkey or quick key feature that would let me add the section into a clipping document without having to right click and then scroll down to the appropriate section. Thanks!

  • Visual Filter Help: Israel and Judah

Is there anyway to have a visual filter for when an author means Israel (Northern Kingdom) vs the nation of Israel or Judah (tribe) vs. Judah (southern kingdom)? Thanks so much!

  • Suggestion: Bibliography From Sermon Documents and Search Document

I'd love to see two new functions added to the sermon documents. 1. To create a bibliography from a sermon document. It'd be great to open a create a bibliography and add the quoted resources from a sermon from the "Add" list in a bibliography document. 2. To be able to search through a sermon document like I do other resources. "Ctrl F" in the sermon

  • Visual Filter Help - Words Added In

Is there a way to add a visual filter for words that are added by the translators but aren't in the text. For instance, in Ephesians 5:22, the word for submit is not the manuscript but it is in my preferred Bible.

  • Re: Dual Monitor or Wide/ Curve Screen

I have two 24" monitors and this has been a great setup for me. I got a new computer at the office with an SSD and was amazed how much faster Logos sped up. I'm currently getting components to build a new computer at the house with Logos in mind. It'll have an M.2 SSD hard drive, 16 GB of RAM, built on a Ryzen 5 3600 chip. Should be great for Logos

  • Suggestion: Send Selected Resources To New Note

I often copy and paste a section from a commentary or dictionary into its own note and then anchor that note to certain texts. It would make it much more convenient if I could send the selected paragraph into a new note. Or, I would love to be able to take a highlighted section from a paragraph and make that a note so I could highlight a section, anchor

I got a new computer this winter for Logos. 16gb of Ram with a SSD hard drive built on the Ryzen 5 2600 chip has been great. SSD is the way to go.

  • Re: Clippings vs Notes, help please

I use clippings to gather all of the materials from commentaries, helps and quotes that I'll want to use for the next sermon. I use notes as long-term items I want to remember about the text. Some of my clippings may make it into my notes.

  • Highlighting in resources to be anchored in text?

I enjoy the way I can anchor a note to a text. Sometimes I've copied a section from a commentary into an anchored note. Is there anyway I can do this by highlighting the commentary directly and then having it anchor to the verse or passage? When I open up my Bible, I'd love to see highlights from resources available in the text. Thanks!

  • Re: Help Moving Logos to External SSD Drive

I have the same situation. I bought a computer with 256gb internal ssd primarily for logos and then keep an external hard drive for everything else.
